Some Suprises...
On a recent roadtrip we were charged on one rez and "additional 3rd party" booking fee when we arrived at Holiday Inn even though our Tricago rez confirmation stated all paid in full. The next night we reserved a room at a Hampton when we arrived we were given an ADA accessible room. We said we did not request one but reception clerk said that's what the rez stated from Trivago.

You booked a room in a hotel that had no availability. It was syressful enpugh as a late flight was cancelled so had limited time to check in to any alternative hotel. Absolutely shocking will never use again.

Straight forward process but more warning is needed when an accessible room is selected. I unknowingly booked an accessible room and I did not find out until I checked in. I think Trivago should verify with customer when they have selected an accessible room.

Great Deal for our Dubai trip.
We knew where we wanted to go in Dubai and searched for offers. Trivago Deals came up way down the page but after checking out some other sites I checked Trivago Deals. So glad I did, what a great deal we've got! Over 1/3 off the prices. Easy to use, though keep checking your details if you need to go back. Plus the prices can increase quite quickly. Plus you can get free cancellation in with your bookings. Will use again.

Why couldn’t I just pay for everything at check out? It also reads like a “pay now in full” discount. The website didn’t even allow me to review what I just did. It kept me within the Book & Go world and wouldn’t lead me back to trivago
