Asked support, they recommended to rebook. Same story, but payed 100 more this time.

Same issue AGAIN :( booking details refer to an incorrect hotel. Still awaiting confirmation that the correct hotel has been booked. This is the second time this has happened with Trivago Deals. They cannot be trusted to book the correct hotel. Should have learnt from my first experience :(

The booking was easy but, the hotel was NOT honest! I called the hotel before I booked. They told me...yes we serve breakfast and, yes we have a shuttle to drive you yo the cruise port. When I arrived thru said.. we don't have any of those thongs..Who told you thst? We got screwed

Wrong room information and no meaningful customer support
I booked two rooms through Trivago DEALS, but the information sent to the hotel does not match what I actually booked. I reserved two double rooms, but Trivago DEALS reported them to the hotel as single rooms. The hotel states that it cannot modify the booking details received from the booking provider.
The hotel has suggested that I cancel and make a new reservation directly with them; however, my current booking is non-refundable, which creates the risk that I could end up paying twice.
I have tried contacting Trivago DEALS by both phone and email, but it is impossible to reach a real person—only an automated bot responds. I have submitted a complaint and requested to speak with a human, but so far, I have received no response or satisfactory solution.
I would NEVER book through trivago DEALS again.

Bait and switch tactics
I tried to book hotel on trivago web site and was not allowed to book it so had call in to office and the agent tried to book me into same hotel at much higher price per night as the lower price was not available . I considered this a bait and switch tactic so i went to another web site and booked my hotel for a lower price or one that was similar to trivago website that was mysteriously not available. Wont be using this trivago site again.
