Goop...absolutely amazing stuff! I had to split a tank urgently and needed to set up another tank quickly. Rather than break down my established filter, I decided to give Goop a go. Wow. Within 3 days I was completely cycled, even with a dirty Plec. Delivery was bang on time and ready to go. I'm so impressed. Absolute life saver! I wouldn't hesitate using them again.

Outstanding quality fish great next day delivery no waiting for weeks the packaging was amazing a big box for 4 fish extra bags of water to stop any movement and 7 heatpads this company does not make any money out of the P&P, they really care about thier fish and customers will only use them for online fish in the future

Both times I've purchased with Tropco the service has been excellent & fast.
This most recent purchase I risked making a small order in the cold, overnight it got even colder, they added extra head packs & their driver kept the box up front in the heat. Friendly customer service also. Will continue to buy with Tropco.

I have used this company several times for livestock, on each occasion the fish have been of good standard. The range available online is excellent, and aimed at both those new to the hobby and us oldies.
The only reason I have given 4 stars and not 5 is that on one occasion there was a mix up with the delivery from D.X; they stated they would return that day (it was a Saturday) instead they did not deliver until the Monday; which meant some rather unhappy fish.

Great customer service, good quality fish, and a good website, with everything you need for your hobby. If there’s ever a problem, they will sort it out for you very quickly, without any hassle.
All of their staff are very knowledgeable, which means a lot to me. That’s why I buy my Tropical fish from Tropco.

Amazing customer service, was fantastic start to finish. Some of the fish I ordered they decided they weren't happy with how they were, so called me to let me know and to choose some others if I wanted. They refunded the difference and when I received my order all the fish were in fab shape and the heat packs were still warm! Brilliant service, will definitely buy from here again.

Pea puffers:
I would like to write this review on my experience. The fish arrived within the booking slot given and upon opening the box the heat box were still very warm. All the fish were alive and healthy and I like the way the water bags were used to stop my fish being slammed around in the box.
After acclimatising the fish (which is standard practice) I noticed there was a leaflet inside the box for new people to fish keeping explaining how to introduce the fish to their tanks, just proof that you the company care about the fish as much as the owner does.

After one hour of introducing my fish (6x pea puffers) they were happily snacking on little white worms or otherwise known as Detrius worms. Six very little happy fish and one extremely happy customer I will without doubt returning to you rather than other shops who after several calls over a month basis could not get them in. Just told to call back in a few weeks…. Repeatedly. Should have (and will from now) have come here first.

Disappointing courier service for £19.95 fee, although par for the course for DX who previously lost a treadmill we ordered from another company. Had a call from Tropco to say the package had been mis-routed but would still be received this morning. As it had not arrived by 1pm, called Tropco back who said they would get in touch with the courier & ring me back. They didn't. Delivery window was 7 - 1, but package arrived just before 3pm with a dead fish.

Bought 3 red mosaic snakeheads off of them recently described as a certain size , they were not as big as described, but before the sent them they stated this , I was still happy with this , but within a few weeks reimbursed money compensating for the size , had a lot of fish off trop co in the past always happy packed well (alive) and perfect health, waiting for other fish coming in next week , can’t wait

Great quality service, fish arrived in a good condition and the customer service team were very helpful, with special requests an option.

I’ve order 3pairs of guppy of which 2 pairs came with health issues. Black Moscow pair came full of white spots, Full Gold pair, the female came with half of her tail missing. I’ve send a email with the pictures showing the issues and I haven’t received a reply after almost a week now. I do not recommend them and I will never buy from them again. Poor quality fish.
