Received my delivery yesterday and super happy with the goodies. Ordered a couple of tracksuits, t-shirts and windbreakers. Exceptional quality and detail. Wore the tracksuit out and had people complimenting it. I wish that I ordered a cap as well but will do that on my next order for sure. Can't remember where I found it but I'm really happy I came across this brand. Would highly recommend giving it a try if you are into style and quality! Thanks Tropez Official!

Sent my items back and did not refund me, kept my money and scammed me. No contact no replies from customer service. Do not buy

Unfortunately Iv had a problem with an item being faulty the timeless bottoms..i have sent emails regarding this and attached photos but no reply. I get promotion emails on a weekly basis but no reply to my problem - hence why I’m now here hoping customer service will reply!

Also the telephone number listed doesn’t work?

No phone number,no name on replies to emails,promises of delivery which dont materialise,customer service not knowing when or where products are shipped from,I could go on

The customer support for this website is amazing dealt with my order which had been addressed wrongly no stress with changing the address and quick replies to email, product is also top quality highly recommend.

Ordered the grey timeless tracksuit and what can I say it’s the best and most comfortable tracksuit. Been looking so long for a tracksuit that feels nice and fits right and this is the one. Great value for money. If your thinking about getting one I strongly advise to. Only thing I advise is sizing down in the joggers as they do come quite large apart from that 5 stars from me.

The next day delivery does NOT work and has came within 2 days BOTH times I’ve tried it. £5.99 and ‘guaranteed’. Do not trust this

We ordered the wrong size and sent back T-shirt wanting to get a refund and choose a different size. Customer service is non existent. I have sent emails with no reply. We now have no T-shirt, no refund and are being ghosted by the company.

When will the tracksuits be back in stock ?

Amazing pieces for all year round, stylish, chic. Comes in amazing high end packaging. Worth every penny. One of my favourite brands for a reason.

Been following on insta for about a year finally purchased and boy you won’t be disappointed🔥🔥🔥 i ordered the Luxe Tracksuit in Navy and the Timeless tracksuit in Wolf grey✨✨✨✨ Amazing materials , perfect sizing and great value . For size reference i am a 169CM tall and 57KG bought a size small in both . Will defo be making them my go to for tracksuits in the future. Thanks Again 🥳
