Dress is pure nylon- feels like a kids kite Dress is advertised as pink - it’s more of a brown but my biggest complaint is there is no obvious way to return it!

I placed an order for a hoodie and some jewelry. They only delivered the hoodie, I've been waiting for a month for a resolution or the refund (40€) and no one responds. Inadmissible.
Sent back items 2 weeks ago, no refund and ignoring all my emails. When I purchased also unaware they were coming from Poland and I’d have to return them at my cost!
We ordered a number of clothes from this website that advertises free returns. This advertisement is both on the website, as on google adds (where it says "Always free returns).
After having completed the basket and filling in our address the website told us to go on the "European" website instead of the Dutch website. Apparently the free returns are only if you order from within the Netherlands, and not if you order from the "European" website. This change in terms was absolutely not clear. This is nothing but a scam that lures customers in with false promises.
After emailing and calling the support desk they refused to send us a free return label, claiming we should have read the new terms and conditions.
I have reported this site for their false advertisement.
I bought a pair of trousers but after a few days i recieved an email that the products where out of stock. When i looked at the webshop they where still avaible but twice more expensive.
The quality of the clothes is bad. I bought a t-shirt that broke after one use and they refused to refund it on the grounds that the t-shirt was discounted. The warranty applies to all goods whether they are discounted or not, so the shop does not respect the law. I got a bill with the amount on it, so that I can use when buying there again, but I could not get cash.
