We’re very sorry this situation caused you frustration. However, we’d like to clarify that we shipped your order exactly as requested, to the shipping address you provided during checkout.
Once a parcel is dispatched, Royal Mail’s redirection service is entirely managed by them, and we as the sender have no influence over it. Unfortunately, we cannot make changes or intervene once the parcel has been handed over to Royal Mail.
In this case, the parcel was delivered correctly to the address you provided at checkout, exactly as we dispatched it, and this was confirmed with a delivery photo (safe place).
We fully understand that moving house can bring unexpected complications, and we’re sorry that Royal Mail’s redirect service didn’t work as expected. However, as the delivery was completed as per your original order, this was outside of our control.
We also did offer to assist further or provide proof of postage if needed, but we didn’t receive any reply to our last message. Of course, this offer still stands if you require any further documents from us.

Ok the products are fine and the stuff…
Ok the products are fine and the stuff comes, but I cannot ever recommend them for one reason. The roots of my baby croton came with a plastic cage surrounding the roots, I was sat there wondering why the roots were growing up, why it wasn't properly supporting itself, now I know I'm mad I didn't notice sooner. Clearly they don't know what they are doing, I don't want a single piece of plastic inside my terrarium and I don't want to have to damage the roots of my plants to fix your mistakes, do better and remove pointless and bad things that only do damage and create mess and a need for further damage.

We fully understand your wish to keep your terrarium free of any plastic — that is a very good approach.
Just to clarify: the plant you purchased was bought as an individual plant, not as part of a ready-made terrarium. When sold this way, the plants are supplied by professional growers with a small mesh around the roots — this is standard practice in the plant industry to support young plants during propagation and transport.
For individual plant purchases, we do not remove soil or mesh, as this depends on each customer’s intended use (terrarium, repotting, hydroponics, etc.). It is up to the customer to decide how to prepare the plant according to their needs.
It is perfectly safe for the plant and typically does not cause harm if left in place, but we do understand that for certain uses, such as in a terrarium, you may prefer to remove it — and that is absolutely your choice.
We always value constructive feedback — it helps us improve and better explain our processes. We feel your suggestion that we "don’t know what we are doing" is perhaps a little unfair in this case, but we fully understand your perspective and appreciate the opportunity to clarify.

The terrarium was a present. It went down really well, the quality of the plants and the entire kit was to a great quality. Would 100% recommend, and will probably be buying from Tropical Glass again in the future. The only "negative" was it took a few days to dispatch, but it did arrive the next day (on the day of the birthday!). But the quality of the product is well worth it.
