Return System is clunky. My experience is that the process was redundant and unclear at times. Takes longer than expected. The return packaging was smashed, but the items were in great condition. Could have been the cause of the separate delivery service.(3/5)
Product Materials. This is my third purchase with tropic feel regarding bag. Majority of upgrades are great and increase product durability. I question some of the material choices, bottle holder in particular. Seem to be more susceptible to damage. (3.5/5)

The initial experience was great with easy to order and a quick delivery time.
However I had to return the shoes as they were too big and therefore I requested an exchange on the return form.
I returned the shoes the day I completed the return form with the label supplied.
However I am.now still.waiting for the shoes. I have emailed 3 times and am getting a standard response of 'sorry, we are looking into what went wrong. I have had the same email response each time, so clearly a standard response and probably a bot. I haven't had any actual answers or a date for delivery.
Every time I try to check my order number it says 'order not found.
At this point I would really like some actual human contact and a delivery date.
I brought the shoes for an up coming trip and the length of time this is taking means that I don't think I am going to get them in time for the trip.

Shoes are good - but not for every foot. My partners didn't fit returned them. The return policy is somehow catastrophical: 15€ for sending back. In my opinion this is conflicting European law "Fernabsatzgesetz".
Just find a store to try them first or use zalando for fitting them because of the return policy.

Firstly I'll start off by saying that their shoes are great, have worn multiple colours of the same type over the past 2 years, very happy with them. My problems started when I ordered a replacement for one of them just before Easter..
My order was supposed to come within a few days yet I am still waiting - supposedly they are out of stock however since the website doesn't let you place an order for items out of stock it is most likely a case of my order getting lost and only being rediscovered later (and only after my constant pestering, of course) when the item HAD actually gone out of stock.
First they tried gaslighting me by sending me bogus forms to fill out soe they can "follow up with the courier service" (the wrong one!!!).. They have constantly tried to sweep their error under the rug in every concievable way, by offering me my money back, even vouchers over the actual value, however since I want to replace my worn pair with an identical new one this is not of interest to me. I told them that I will wait for the item to be back in stock.
This was a month ago, and in the past few days followed up again, asking for an estimate...
Important to mention that the only point of contact for customer service is an email address connected to a chatbot, there is no number to call, no human being to actually speak to. In my desperation I've even tried on LinkedIn to find someone from Tropicfeel to speak to and found a woman called Mariia Boticheva, supposedly responsible for "Customer Happiness" and "Automation", however right after reading my polite (and very apologetic!) message she instantly blocked me.
I will wait for my last pair of Tropicfeel shoes to come, and if I have to visit them in Barcelona to get them then that is what I will do, however after that I will NEVER, EVER buy anything from them.
Consider yourself warned.

I bought several shoes with these guys and they look cool but this time it was like two or three sizes too small and too narrow. I don't know what's going on. Also when I wanted to return it they wanted to charge me like £9 to return it. this is really not very good at all. I'm really disappointed.

Terrible company. Sent me the wrong product, from another company. Really slow responses to requests for help. Labour intensive system. Tried to get me to pay for return despite their mistake. Couldn't input a different delivery address into system. Still querying the mistake. DO NOT USE.

My husband initially purchased a pair of shoes and loved them so I bought him another pair (same shoe, same size but different colour). When he tried the second pair in they felt tight. When he compared them to the previous shoes there was just over a centimeter difference.
I reported the fault to Tropic Feel. One month on and after sending multiple photos (often the same photos again) I am no further forward. Tropic Feel are still investigating with their product team. Absolutely awful service and as a result, I can no longer be an advocate of this company or their products.

This is my first time buying this brand and the sneakers look identical to the pictures in person and are very comfortable for walking.
An additional big plus for the brand is that we had some minor issues with the sneakers and everything was resolved very quickly and easily. Even when a delivery issue arose they did not leave me to handle it on my own but intervened on their own initiative. Excellent service.

This was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had with an online shop.
I explained the same issue several times: the delivery address was wrong, I asked Tropicfeel to change it, the parcel was returned, and then they reshipped it again to the exact same wrong address.
That is not a small mistake. That is a complete failure in basic customer service.
The situation was time-sensitive because I needed the order before travelling. Tropicfeel did not even guarantee that the parcel would arrive before my departure. So even if it had arrived, it would still have been a gamble — and at the wrong address.
Instead of taking ownership, Tropicfeel kept shifting responsibility to the courier. But from my perspective this is not a DHL issue. I bought from Tropicfeel, I contacted Tropicfeel, and Tropicfeel failed to handle the problem properly.
The communication was polite on the surface, but completely useless in practice. No clear solution, no real accountability, no proper escalation, no reliable delivery information.
For a brand that sells travel products, this level of service is absurd. When customers need their order for a trip, “maybe it arrives, maybe it does not” is not a solution.
I am genuinely shocked by how badly this was handled. I will not order from Tropicfeel again.

I exchanged a product whch did not fit, requesting a 'quick exchange' and paying an extra £6.45 on top of other fees. I am still waiting for the goods over a week later. Making a complaint to 'Customer Service' results in a bland email saying they understand and are looking into it. I think the email chain is up to about 10 interactions. It's really not good enough - indeed fraudulent - to take money for a service that is not provided and any requests for clarification ignored.

I bought the Sunset model in several colors during the years. It's my favorite everyday shoe. You can slip it on without tying any laces, it's lightweight, comfortable, and has a lot of style. Every time I go out, a new friend asks me about the shoe I'm wearing. It's a durable and amazing product.

I used Canyon sneakers and I must say they are NOT suitable for any trails or hiking. The sole is slippery as hell. If you're in the city, after rain you can push and literally slide half a meter on a concrete pathway. If you're on a trail - any wet rock or root you step on is a risk of twisting your ankle or worse. Highly INSECURE!
I unded up using them in a gym with the rubber floor.

I bought these shoes a month ago for a trip. Today, they already show signs of damage. The glue is failing, and they’re falling apart after just a few wears. It’s not normal for a €130 pair of shoesto last less than a month.
So, I reached out to their customer service. Their response? Since I purchased them from a store rather than their website, they couldn’t provide any warranty. Very disappointing. With such poor durability and a lack of accountability, it’s hard to see how this brand can claim to be eco-friendly

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Tropicfeel has been one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I’ve ever had.
First, my order was delayed for some time with no proactive communication at all. Only after I contacted customer support myself did I learn that pants which were shown as available at the time of purchase were actually out of stock. I was told I could either wait indefinitely for a restock with no estimated date, or split the order. I chose to split it.
I later returned part of the order worth over €250. Unfortunately, their return system was clearly broken, it only allowed me to select a gift card refund instead of a refund to my original payment method. I contacted support before completing the return and was explicitly told to select the gift card option because they would manually change it in the system and refund the money back to my card.
A few days later, I received confirmation that the refund had been issued as a gift card anyway.
I contacted customer support again and was once more assured they would change it to a proper refund. I waited another two weeks with no money returned. When I contacted them again, I was suddenly told that at this stage it was “no longer possible” to change the gift card into a refund to my card.
Since then, I have been stuck in an endless cycle of emails where every few days they simply reply that they are “checking internally” and will “get back to me.” Meanwhile, they have been holding my money for about a month despite already having received the returned products long ago. This situation exists entirely because of issues with THEIR system and THEIR customer service instructions.
On top of that pair of pants I ordered turned out to be 2 cm shorter than stated in the size chart, meaning the length of size M actually matched the measurements of size XS. When I tried to file a complaint, I was told these differences are “normal” and that I would still have to return the product as a standard return at my own expense, paying €10 shipping costs for a product that did not match the advertised measurements.
The products themselves are actually decent, but the company’s customer policies and customer service are absolutely unacceptable. The moment anything goes wrong, you are left dealing with delays, contradictions, broken systems, and endless frustration.
I strongly discourage anyone from shopping there unless they are prepared to risk major problems if anything in the order goes wrong. I am STILL fighting to get my own money back for products they already received weeks ago, and that is simply unacceptable.

I ordered 4 pairs of shoes for the whole family for an upcoming jungle trip. I need to exchange 2 pairs because of size issues, because the old model from the same shoes turns out to have a smaller fit. Contact with the customer service is terrible. They obviously use a chatbot for answering emails and there is no way to get in contact with a real person to answer the question I have regarding excanging the old model for the new model, paying only the difference in price as it was when I ordered. (you can tell they use a chatbot from all the automatic replies by the company on this website as well) After receiving the same automatic answers for a week now, I give up and am sending the shoes back.
