I ordered a pair of trainers and when they arrived they were really comfortable, unfortunately over the week I wore them the insoles came loose, when putting them on the insole would bunch under foot making them unusable. I contact Tropicfeel who were really helpful at the beginning but have now refused my return saying the insoles are made to easily remove. Surely they should remain in place when you put your foot in the shoe?

Terrible.
I find it funny that they ask for a review after responding to each chaser email. The fact I have to send chasers. Where are the replacement shoes?
Cue (see below) empty insincere apology.
I sense that the products are not available or great quality hence the failure to provide a replacement.
I wish I had simply requested money back however the costs of return make it difficult to resist ordering a replacement as that means no returns costs. Exploitative on every level.

My order arrived and I was cutting it close to a trip I needed them for but they were too large. I reordered quickly and did pay the two day delivery and got them exactly o ln the 2nd day. Also the customer service and the chat was so helpful and handled everything perfectly.
I’d say make sure you notice their shoes run large. I needed a size 10 but ended up ordering 10.5 and so go one full size down to 9.5!!

Terra 001 is my fav everyday shoe and a hiking hero. Shell (and ProLite version) are great backpacks. Love them totally. I can only ask for a new line of backpacks just to enjoy something new!

I will never buy Tropicfeel shoes again, as they aren't durable enough. I bought 3 pairs and it's always the same problem (shoes with less than 6 months of life). The upper part of my first two pairs ripped, and the sole on the third pair came unglued very quickly before tearing as well. The edge of the sole got dirty and cracked very easely. If the other Tropicfeel products (bagpack, clothing…) are as fragile as the shoes, I'd rather go for other brands…

Terrible customer experience, happy to take your money, but not very obvious to show you that they have zero tolerance for shipping fees and returns. Black and white policy. Shoes don't fit, your problem, pay shipping again.

Bought a pair of size 9.5 Zenda shoes, look really nice on the website. In reality they feel really cheap, 9.5 seems much larger than the usual 9.5 sizes I buy. The toe box was so small that my toes were cramped and I felt that the shoes wouldn't last very long due to the thin plastic they are made from. Had no option but to return them. Real shame as their aggressive marketing makes them seem like the bees knees... which they are not.

Their products, shoes and jackets are great functional and very good quality. Their customer service is awesome they are always ready to help even when is not an issue realt d to them in my case was with UPS.
Great company would definitely buy again and recommend.

I’ve just received my ALL-TERRAIN 2 in light green.
I put them on straight away, and they’re excellent. The size is perfect, and the width is perfect for my extremely wide feet. I think this is also due to the flexibility of the fabric.
So I would recommend this model for wide and very wide feet.
The support feels perfect on this first day: good support without feeling tight. The shoes are pleasantly lightweight, which is really nice. The look is both stylish and sporty at the same time.
For now, I’m very happy with my purchase. Delivery was very fast.
I’ll have to see over time how they hold up.

I have dozens of Tropicfeel products, both bags, clothes and shoes. I like the brand and the design. Their backpacks are really innovative and has so many great features (I got one smaller and one bigger and several of their accessories)
Also love my NS60 jacket (so much I bought another one of different color)
The reason I’m not giving 5 stars is quality control and quality overall is hit and miss. I’ve had shoes that broke after a few months, while others going on year 2 and looking new.
One backpack has traveled the world with me, properly abused through check-ins, hikes, beachtrips, and still my best backpack. but another one the stitching gave out after a few months.
That said, their warranty works great, and they have reimbursed me every time (voucher) something broke so I could re-buy same thing or go for something else if I wanted too.

I purchased their Hive backpack, back in November (Black Friday). I didn't have the opportunity to try their product until recently though. I got very dissapointed by the quality and especially the stiffness of the shoulder straps. With minimal use (just at the airport) my shoulders really hurt, because the straps are made from a very rigid material, not suitable for shoulder straps. I can't even imagine how one can use the backpack for a long hike for example. I contacted them, they told me to go through the warranty process, which in the end they declined my request for either a refund or a gift card. So, basically 120euros down the drain.

This selling website is designed to scam you. I once bought shoes on sale and they never sent them, telling me they weren't on sale and that I'd have to pay the regular price. I had to argue with customer service for ages before they finally sent them. I wanted to give them a second chance after two years, and the result was similar. I bought shoes on pre-sale, paying through Google, where only my address was saved. Right after paying, it said they would be shipped to my old address. A second later, I messaged them saying there was an error, and their response was that the order had already been shipped and they couldn't do anything. Now I have neither the money nor the shoes that, according to the website, were supposed to start arriving in May (and it's only April). It's a shame that they allow people to be scammed like this with such a terrible website and customer service.
UPDATE: they just answer this message saying that they don't work like this and they take it so serious. But as you can see they don't, no shoes, no money and the second time it happens and I've to make a bad review. Please don't fall in this scam like me.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I placed my order on 10 April, with an expected delivery before 25 April as stated on the website — but the parcel never arrived.
This purchase was meant to be a special anniversary gift for my partner, and it’s incredibly frustrating and upsetting that it didn’t turn up in time. What should have been a meaningful occasion ended up being overshadowed by this failure.
The courier service they use is simply shocking. Despite paying a significant amount for postage, the delivery service was completely unreliable and below standard.
I’ve been a loyal customer, but after this experience, I won’t be purchasing from them again.

I had never experienced any foot discomfort until I purchased a pair of Tropicfeel shoes (Vans-style). Unfortunately, I found that they offer virtually no cushioning or shock absorption. While they are aesthetically pleasing, very lightweight, and often come in attractive colors, they provide little to no support, and walking in them feels quite harsh on the feet.
I requested a refund within the official return period, as the shoes were still in excellent condition. I clearly and honestly explained the issue I encountered. However, my request was declined, and the company did not offer to inspect the shoes for potential defects, stating that such issues are not covered under their policies.
Customer service was polite and responsive in tone, but final outcome took several weeks. In the end, despite the courteous communication, the outcome was disappointing.

Brand new pair of shoes, worn 5 times and the lace snapped and the knotstopper fell off.
Contacted support hoping for just a replacement lace and knotstopper (Pennies cost) and they wanted me to jump through 5 hoops and upload multiple high res photos just to offer me a partial refund (20% of cost) in the form of A GIFT CARD.
They offered no option to return the item for a full refund (Not that I even wanted this)
Pathetic customer service and clearly a poor quality product.

I ordered a pair of shoes from this brand. All of a sudden, the package went back to Tropicfeel for no reasonable explanation. The delivery was delayed by a week. After bringing this up to customer service, they sent the package back. This required giving them my address three times! They literally requested the address three times! I finally got the package and the size was wrong (my fault). I re-ordered them. However, when I tried to return the shoes, the system would only allow me to do an exchange or take a gift card (!!!). I had already ordered the same shoes separately and, even when contacting Tropicfeel directly, the response I received was some rubbish about now having to bear the return costs or refusing a package that had already been received! THIS BRAND IS A HOAX. Please stay away from it. Now, I have two pairs of shoes and have no clue if I will ever get the refund for the first pair I received. I am still holding for a proper human to respond. It seems these people use some AI bot to respond to customer claims. Embarrassing! Never again!

We were on a city trip for a week and the Tropicfeel shoes didn't let us down for a single moment. Comfortable, lightweight, durable and providing sufficient support for the +20,000 steps we took daily.
My personal experience with customer service was top-notch. The shoes I had bought around New Year's were well past the return period when we gave them as a gift to my son (unworn, of course).
He liked the model, but not the color scheme I had chosen (there are so many options available). After a few emails and photographic evidence, I was allowed to return them free of charge in exchange for a voucher.
Very customer-friendly and reassures the trust!

Bought these trainers after seeing them on Facebook and because a physiotherapist friend follows the brand. I liked the look and price, but they exceeded all expectations.
I usually struggle with toe pain, but these were comfortable all trip—I barely took them off. Even wore them in the mountains and into a slippery spring lake. Swam in them, walked in them, and they dried on my feet with no issues.
Best trainers I’ve ever owned.
