A good choice
Very fast delivery to the hub warehouse outside of Helsinki but there our order languished for two weeks, no fault of Tropilex. Their customer service tried their best to speed things up. We eventually got our hammocks up and all was to rights.
Good quality all around.

Easy to contact, quick to send
I had contact with Tropilex to confirm my current hammock would fit in the stand. They replied very quickly and confirmed. After I ordered, the stand was sent within a day and after 2 days I could relax again in my hammock.
The only thing that could be improved was the installation manual of the stand. Took me quite some time to find out I tightened the bolts too quickly, which was why another part didn't fit.

Fair price and quality, but I needed to wash it first
The hammock had a smell of mould, that we could easily remove washing it in the washing machine adding a spoon of vinegar instead of fabric softener. The quality of the sewing and the resistance of the fabric are very good. I know how much work is needed to make these hammocks by hand, so I found the price fair.
