1) They answer the phones or emails quickly
2) I was dealing with Parminder and her voice shows that she cares for my call.
3) She promised that the order would go out today and it is going to.
4) Their pricing is not the best but OK.
5) Their website need revamping. Unless you know the exact name of the product you are looking for. You could be looking for a long time. :)

I am an amateur hobbyist and not conversant about the different products offered by Trotec. The sales representative, Parminder Kaur, today was knowledgeable and helpful to provide me with the information I needed to complete my project. Sales and shipping was easy and seem less. I am happy to have a sales relationship for future orders. JohnG

Spoke with Sara who is the Regional Sales Manager and she was very helpful in providing us resources and information to keep our laser running at optimum levels. I highly suggest if you are having any issues with your laser or trying to achieve certain results, call your Regional Sales Manager and they can help you out more than your realize!

We received a response to our request quickly and had an appointment set for the repair. When the part that was sent was incorrect Derek was able to order the new one and when it wouldn't be here before he had to leave the area he came checked in and made sure our machine was usable before leaving. He returned after the part came in and made the repair at no additional cost. He was prompt, friendly and easy to work with.
