Beware of the recurring subscription

I strongly recommend caution before giving TrueIQ your card details.

I made what I understood to be a low-cost payment for an IQ test. I later discovered a recurring subscription charge that I had not knowingly intended to purchase. TrueIQ cancelled the subscription after I contacted them, but refused to refund the charge.

This is also worth knowing: TrueIQ is operated by EL Software Services LLC, a recently established Florida company behind a cluster of seemingly unrelated subscription services, including TrueIQ, SubCaddy, Planbix, Prolensa, Zodeya, FormaLab and Azora.

I am apparently not alone. Other public reviews describe strikingly similar experiences involving a small initial payment followed by unexpected recurring charges.

My advice: be extremely careful. Read every subscription term, take screenshots of the checkout process and check your card statement afterwards.

I have retained the payment records and correspondence with TrueIQ and can document my experience.

Be very careful with this company.

Be very careful with this company.
I paid 79p for what I believed was a one-off IQ test. I then discovered I had been charged £12.99 repeatedly, EVERY WEEK taken from my account.

I did not knowingly sign up for a weekly subscription and I don’t even have login details for an account with them, which makes cancelling it incredibly difficult.

Total scam

Total scam - they tricked me into a subscription, then keep charging after I've cancelled the subscription. Its not a legitimate business, don't put your credit card details in. They'll steal everything

Took the test - thought it was a one time test result paynent of 1 dollar. Then two day later 89 DKK was withdrawn from my account. Then another 89 DKK was taken 10 days later.

Called the bank and cancelled my credit card and filled a case at my bank to get the money back

Total scam! Disgusting

Total scam. I paid 79p for a test which is probably fake anyway. Then out of the blue a month later £34.99 goes out of my account without me knowing, I tried to send an email to the company but Google told me that the email address wasn't even registered! So I couldn't cancel anything.
I had to put a block on the future payments through my bank. Nightmare! Hopefully the payments will stop

Shame on you true-iq.org , scammers!
TrueIQ – Be Careful, Unexpected Monthly Charges

My daughter took an IQ test online through Instagram that cost 9 SEK. She paid the amount, but later discovered that 139 SEK was being charged every month from her account for a subscription that she was not aware she had signed up for.

Please be careful with these kinds of IQ tests and other offers online. Always read the terms and conditions carefully before making a payment, especially if a subscription may automatically start after a trial period.
