While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Beware of the recurring subscription

I strongly recommend caution before giving TrueIQ your card details.

I made what I understood to be a low-cost payment for an IQ test. I later discovered a recurring subscription charge that I had not knowingly intended to purchase. TrueIQ cancelled the subscription after I contacted them, but refused to refund the charge.

This is also worth knowing: TrueIQ is operated by EL Software Services LLC, a recently established Florida company behind a cluster of seemingly unrelated subscription services, including TrueIQ, SubCaddy, Planbix, Prolensa, Zodeya, FormaLab and Azora.

I am apparently not alone. Other public reviews describe strikingly similar experiences involving a small initial payment followed by unexpected recurring charges.

My advice: be extremely careful. Read every subscription term, take screenshots of the checkout process and check your card statement afterwards.

I have retained the payment records and correspondence with TrueIQ and can document my experience.

Scammers

Scammers, don’t use their Instagram ad for €1, they will deduct €39 within 2 days and never see it back. They advertise with a 14 day refund, forget about that, they will ask for data with an email you can’t reply to check if you are eligible for a refund. So if you contact the right email with your old email and data, they will reply after the 14 day refund period, so money is gone.
