DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!
I bought a lifeproof case. The speaker speaker/mic ports were not opened or the waterproof membrane installed. I sent an email within minutes looking for an exchange. I heard nothing so 3 days later another was sent. 2 more days another was sent. 2 more days another was sent. Now I'm sending 6-10 a day, and havent heard anything from them. This is a SCAM COMPANY! DON"T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

Seems this person simply does not know how to install/use the case. Provided info and instructions, but demanded another case after the time expired for exchange. In good faith we are refunding this person.
Perfect transaction
We ordered two Lifeproof covers and one Otterbox Commuter from True Accessory after seeing their ad on the net. We received everything in a timely fashion and the phone covers were great. I am very happy with the service and quality of the merchandise. The price was definitely right on point too.
