Here is our story! We finally felt settled into our rented flat after moving 3 times in the previous 2 years. Finally the perfect home for our family and that we could see us living in for a while, and then.. our landlord told us he will be selling it! So we panicked for a little bit and then reached out to Ashley at True Advice.

If you would've asked me a few months ago if we thought we could afford to buy at all, let alone this 2bed maisonette with a garden, garage, and summer house, I wouldn't have believed it.

So to be quite honest, Ashley literally made our dream come true. And there were obstacles for sure. I am not a UK citizen so that made things more tricky, my husband’s pay varies each week, as well as other various hurdles. They didn’t stay obstacles for long as Ashley found solutions quickly.

Ashely gave us all the information we needed and then some during the whole process. When one option didn’t work out, he went back to the drawing board and came back with new options even though that meant more work for him. He was on our side to solve our problem the whole time, and we can’t thank him enough. We get to stay! We don’t have to move again. We can really make this house into our home.

Everything is going well with the process, and it looks like we will Complete the purchase in January!
