TrueCar is a joke! Plain and simple. They give you a price that they have supposedly already contracted with the dealership, meaning NO junk or bogus fees. However, this is not the case; the dealershi... See more

Don’t believe the TrueCar Cash Offer service. They let “certified” dealers on their platform who offer prices within KBB traded in ranges so they look legit. Then when you accept their offer they dro... See more

This is a very great App

This is a very great App. I have not had any issues from the 2 times I have used it. The prices are unbelievable for the cars you can get on here. I also like dealing with owners that way you know exactly what you are getting.

It was simple

It was simple. I used the filter. I searched for the type of vehicle I wanted, the mileage range on the vehicle, the distance away from my home, and the price range I was looking for. I found what I wanted and using the link, I scheduled a test drive. Bought it that same afternoon. Couldn't be happier. This website is great!

Buying a Honda Ridgeline in 2022

I’m not entirely sure how true car works but I’ve used it twice. In my most recent transaction, I got two results for the vehicle I was looking for. The really nice part was it showed which dealer was adding ridiculous market adjustments and which one wasn’t. Needless to say I picked the one with no market adjustment. That dealer contacted me quickly I made an appointment to see the vehicle and I purchased it the same day. Very simple process and I would used true car again to get started.

I found the App for TrueCar was…

I found the App for TrueCar was fantastic with lots of vehicles listed in the app. You could even set a mileage range to all the way up to nationwide. Again loved the app. They have a few good calculators to help with payment estimations and so forth.

I finally bought a vehicle from the app and the dealer was Vroom. While that process of buying was easy, I would not recommend Vroom unless your really patient for example I bought my truck On Feb 16, it’s now May 20th and I still don’t have a license plate or vehicle registration. My insurance company is not happy because New Mexico had a mandatory liability requirement, and they can’t match up the vin number.

Again, loved the Truecar app, you should use it.

Remarkable service

I had been looking for a used car for a few years that fit my criteria and finally found it over 3000 miles away. I contacted Palm Harbor Honda through TrueCar and could not be happier with the quick response and follow up I received from Sandy Youngman and the rest of the crew. The purchase part was easy and I had the car within 7 days (Florida to Oregon). There were some issues with registration/title between the states, but whenever I contacted Palm Harbor Honda, they always responded within the hour. This kind of service is rare these days. Especially since they already had my money and the chance of me buying another car from Palm Harbor Honda is highly unlikely. That makes my experience all the more remarkable.
