Battery on ix4 had a fault was asked to send battery back to true electrics only for it to be disposed 9f by royal mail, asked for some sort of compromise ie we go half's on replacement only to be swerved,other dealings were okay but I now have a ix4 with no battery absolute joke

Item was delayed due to item being shipped from outside uk abd and still waiting for response regarding the free cleaning kit

I bought scooter and since i started use it there were just more and more trouble with it first mudguard did not protected me at all (and i did not rode it in rain just on normal wet road ) i got mud all over my body then another things started fall apart then i opened case over PayPal and Paypal wrote me respond The case was closed in the seller's favour because the item was altered or repaired while in mine possession. which was not So goodbye PayPal and never ever again Truelectric which is actually fakeelectric as some products are not that true as they claim and many times start falling apart too early

Overall the service I received was very good and was very happy with the price i paid for my G Booster Scooter. The free cleaning kit took a while to get here as it’s sent out after you receive the scooter. Ryan was very helpful online in solving any issues. Would definitely buy from again and zooming around very happily now. Cheers T.E.

Fantastic service from time of order to delivery.
My scooter was missing the screws but true electric sent a new pack within days.

Purchased two scooters from this company. Batteries went on one hardly used 9 months old and well looked after and stored. Delayed response despite numerous emails. Feeble excuses that the supplier was very busy. Finally told the battery warranty was only six months. Spent nearly £200 on a new battery from another retailer to be told they offer 12 months. Definitely avoid this alleged UK supplier, very bad customer experience.

Quick delivery but when something happened is horrible. After one week of using ienyrid m4pro stop working. I made a video and send to shop and they stop answering. No e-mail contact, No phone number, impossible to contact so I have to repaire on my own. Amazing disrespect for custumer who left £600 in shop. Definitely AVOID

They where very helpful and quick at responding. Couldn't do enough to help me fint the right scooter

Waiting on a refund that i asked for saturday the 24th, company taking way too long to reply it was said to have begun processing last monday and it’s been 9 days now. I want my money back

A slight bump in communication but all was sorted and received my item which I am very happy with.

I love my new scooter. Will be back at Christmas for the children.

For a small team of staff the quality of service and products provided by this business are just great.

Having talked personally with some of the staff members I can honestly say shopping here for anything electric on wheels that goes fast, it's a one stop shop, whether it be parts or a new ride.

The customer service is second to none, with staff who genuinely care about your concerns and make sure that you are looked after.

I will definitely be shopping with them again.
