I engaged freelancer Srimanthi chakrabort on Truelancer for a logo design and HTML template development project, expecting unique and original work. Unfortunately, my experience was highly disappointing and concerning.

Srimanthy delivered a logo that closely resembled an existing design, as evidenced by clear comparisons I provided. This raised serious doubts about the originality of her work. Moreover, the HTML template, for which she charged a significant fee, turned out to be sourced from a theme available on a black market platform. The similarities were undeniable upon closer inspection, undermining her claim of custom-made work.

I promptly raised these issues with Truelancer, seeking their intervention to investigate the matter and take appropriate actions. I emphasized the need for a thorough review of Srimanthy's conduct and deliverables, an impartial assessment of their originality, and guidance on resolving this issue swiftly.

The situation highlights a breach of trust and professional conduct on Srimanthy's part, leading to a regrettable experience for me as a client. I trust Truelancer will address this matter seriously and provide a resolution that upholds integrity and fairness for all parties involved.

Good platform for both freshers & experienced freelancers. In my personal experience working on different platforms over the years, so far Truelancer has the most reasonable membership pricing compared to others. RMs are helpful.

I've been associated with trulancer since 2 years. It's been a great experience especially with my relationship n project managers. They are very helpful while dealing with clients. Truelancer is a great platform for both clients and freelancers. It is hassle free, fair, and quick. Much recommended from both the perspective of a freelancer and a client.

My client has approved my payment but it's been 3 days and it's still hasn't been released by truelancer. They said it will be released within 24-48 hours. Been contacting the admin and their support but i heard nothing from them. I've earned that money and my client already paid me for my work. This just doesn't make sense

You're there to send proposals to those projects opened in the last 4 months and they haven't hired anyone yet. It's a waste of time. More than 80 percent of projects are the oldest. Even the latest projects are posted at least 5 months,4 months ago, in terms of months not days. I hope you understand guys.

After the payment is released, the service quality drops significantly. Initially, they suggest freelancers who lack the necessary skills, and once they collect their commission, they no longer respond to messages or calls.

Himanshu Nagpal ignored all my messages and calls after I decided to close the project at the freelancer's request.

Pathetic Service

I created an account and posted a project. They kept removing it even though it was detailed and following the guidelines. Eventually, I got a freelancer and started the job after posting it for like 5 times. The project was still deleted afterwards but everything continued fine.

After the work was done, I paid the freelancer and rated for the work. A few days go by and then an admin decides to refund the amount and set the rating to 1 star. Now the freelancer doesn't have any payment and is left with a 1 star review on profile, and I am left with what I invested -10% that went to the fees.

They are not replying to me as well. Would not recommend at all. Horrible experience.

It's a scam, they scrape your information

I completed a project and submitted it to the client. My amount was credited to my account by TrueLancer but within a few minutes my amount was returned to the client's account by TrueLancer.This was a complete fraud on me. And now the client's profile has been locked and there is no response from Truelancer either. I am very angry.

people who use pro member ship get the jobs easily even tho they are not able for it

They automatically block new bussinesses, without any review. When you try to login, the notification displays they will reply within 24 hours. I wrote them 72 hours ago and there is no response. I used our company's e-mail.

Provides a good means of working remotely as a freelancer and receiving money in an easier way.

About a month ago I finally found the time to sign up for an account as a client looking to hire freelancers. You know, give them JOBS!!!

I had emailed with them a month or so earlier regarding their rates and was satisfied with their responses..

I start to sign up when all of a sudden their site starts DEMANDING that I put in a toxic cell phone number.

Why can't I use my landline? Why am I being forced to use a toxic dangerous cell phone? Are they going to buy me a cell phone just to use on their site?

I think I put in a cell phone from the country I'm in right now (I'm American).

I then went to post my first hiring ad. It posted with no issues, but then the next thing I know, my post is deleted, I see some message saying I've done something wrong to this horrific company, & the next thing I know my entire ACCOUNT is deleted.

To all of you who WORSHIP AI, THIS is what you asked for. Total control over the entire world with NO human interaction or even respecting people and discussing things like mature adults.

Then I get an email from the person I was emailing with before accusing me of who knows what from their fear based low IQ support. They said they will NEVER EVER give me an account. LOL

People, I recommend you stay away from this company.

If this is how they treat companies who are trying to hire freelancers, just imagine with they do to freelancers.

No discussion, not admission that they made a mistake, nothing, just attacks and lies.

These types of companies are the worst. They have NO CONSCIOUS. They are already transhuman.
