Breach of guidelines
WARNING – Unauthorized transactions & serious security issue
I am writing this review to warn other users after a very disturbing experience.
Between February 18–22, while I was in Istanbul, Turkey — a location where access to the platform is restricted — multiple transactions and withdrawals were made from my account without my knowledge or authorization.
During this period I had no access to my account, yet over €8,000 was withdrawn from the bank cards previously linked to my profile. I only discovered this after returning home and checking my bank statement.
This raises extremely serious concerns about account security, card protection, and fraud prevention. I still do not know exactly what activity took place, whether withdrawals were fully processed, or where the funds were directed.
I have already contacted support and requested:
• A full investigation of all transactions
• Immediate refund of the unauthorized withdrawals
• Permanent closure of my account
• Removal of all stored bank card details
This situation is completely unacceptable and something I have never experienced with any platform before. Users should be aware of the potential risks.
I am currently waiting for a proper response and resolution.
