Terrible experience. New player here . So I didn't know a lot . Only a few games I enjoyed by pragmatic and thats it . On my third diposit they offered me a bonus which I didn't even understand at the time . I asked them ( before spending it ) if I could have some help by playing the games that I know with it . The answer was no . I then tried to play games I dont like and it would allow me . So I asked for help , which I didn't receive. And then since it was impossible I asked them if I could at least the bonus I received with another one they had offrmered which seemed easier for me to use . The answer was no again . All of that without me having spend the balance as I didn't even know how to do it .

Trueluck support is still not allowing me to withdraw my funds. I still see my balance of 7K EUR, but the same error: "To activate the withdrawal through this payment method, you need make a deposit with this method and it will become available for withdrawal"
I have already made a deposit and did everything they told me to do. They keep saying the same thing by email: "Don't worry, your request has not been ignored and we haven't forgotten about you. The IT department has not yet provided any news, but your request is currently being reviewed."
2 weeks with no reply from IT department. The casino is still operating and probably scamming other people too.
