I had a recent experience with the customer care where my gift card had expired 20 days back. In the past year my plans to go for Bridgewalking got cancelled many time , either because of bad weather or because of corona and so the time passed beyond the stipulated date for the tickets. I reached out to the customer care and they assisted me by extending the date by another year after reviewing my case in matter of hours. I am now able to resume my plan for one day of summer vacation . Thanks again the team

My coupon for an experience was expired, so I asked if it was possible to extend it. The answer I got was really fast and nice, and my coupon has been extended for a full year, which means I can get my experience :)

Besides, we don't speak danish as we wish, They are very polite to explain all question we had. The tour was small but we enjoyed the rest of the time drinking (not just beer but tasting gin and whisky) and spend a nice time (and you can stay the time you wish).
We hoped to come back next year.

I received a gift card for my birthday for Champagne & Macarons tasting in June 2018. As we are now in August, I wanted to use my voucher but I found out that it's booked out until the end of November. So far there are no more openings until then or for the following months as their provider doesn't have any more spots. I think a customer should not have to wait half a year to be able to book one evening of champagne tasting. Also, offering events where you have only 1 provider with very limited spots is absolutely unacceptable because basically, these spots don't exist at the moment and only 'might' open up in a number of months. I didn't plan to have to book one evening half a year ahead On top of that, they refused to refund me or my friends, who purchased this. The only thing I can do is wait or book another experience.

My daughter received a "Bunny Jump" from her boyfriend as a birthday present in late 2015. After travelling to London shortly after, she forgot all about the gift card. When she returned, she was so excited to take her "jump", and found the gift card. After realising that there was a time limit of 2 years, she was very upset, and felt very sorry.
I called customer service, and explained the situation to them, hoping that they would understand thee unfortunate circumstances, and agree to give her a bit more time to use her gift card.
NO, THE CARD HAS EXPIRED. NOTHING WE CAN DO . FARVEL. Was NOT the answer I was expecting.
I asked the person on the phone if this happened very often with their customers, and she told me that this has NEVER happened before.
We all feel VERY disappointed about how we have been treated, and would have at least expected some sort of understanding in the matter.
Now they have our money, so they obviously don´t care.

Great and easy to use website when looking for a gift for yourself or for your loved ones. I purchased bungee jump and parachute jump experiences for my boyfriend and myself and we did not have any problems with redeeming the gift cards.
