May not be a scam but it is a sham. Same story with an interested buyer specifically requesting a Truevin report. You pay the dollars, get the report, pass it on the "buyer" and hear nothing more. In my case the report was absolutely incorrect; missing 2 Fair Trading notifications on the vehicle. Unfortunately Paypal could be of no assistance regarding the money paid. Shame, shame, sham/
A pretend buyer who is very eager to purchase but you must have the report. Told the first ones no then thought it must be alright for so many eager buyers to want this report . Purchased the report which was wrong for the first 3 reports and then very perfunctory and suprise suprise no buyers interested any more
Someone pretends to be a buyer but only if you buy a report from this site - the VicRoads report is not good enough. They always say their mechanic suggested the site. My guess is that once you buy the report, the buyer disappears, having been (too) enthusiastic and responsive.
