I wish I could give it no stars

I wish I could give it no stars. Still nothing delivery after over 4 weeks, when it was promised within a few days. No way of contacting them in any meaningful way, just a website that go around in circles. AVOID AT ALL COST!

Wished I had read the reviews before…

Wished I had read the reviews before placing an order. As I would never have used this company. I ordered an ID tag on 12/10/25. I have emailed this company that many times now to ask when item will be delivered, last email sent today. They have not had the decency to reply to any email. I am disgusted on how they treat their customers. I ha ve asked for a refund now as ive been waiting nearly a month now, even though they say 48hrs delivery. Its a joke. Will never use this company again. If I could give you no star. I would. Not a happy customer

Disappointing service despite great products

Update (24/11/2025): The tags finally arrived today. Based on the date in the original postage email I received on 27 October 2025, it's clear that the dispatch information I was given was inaccurate. Despite contacting Truffle & Paw multiple times, I never received a single response to any of my enquiries.

The products themselves are, as always, very good quality, but the customer service remains extremely poor. At the very least, the company needs to update customers with accurate turnaround and delivery times, and communicate honestly about delays. Until then, ordering from them continues to be a frustrating experience despite the quality of the items.

I hate to leave a negative review because the quality of Truffle & Paw's products is genuinely excellent once you actually receive them (hence two stars rather than one) . However, getting the items - and any kind of response from customer service - is where everything falls apart.

I placed an order for two tags on October 13th 2025, which was supposedly posted via Royal Mail on October 27th 2025, with an estimated delivery time of one to two business days. It's now November 10th 2025, and I still haven't received my tags.

I've reached out to Truffle & Paw multiple times - both by direct email and via the contact form on their website - and have had no response at all.

It's such a shame, because having ordered from them before, I know their products are high quality. Unfortunately, their turnaround times, delivery process, and customer service are extremely poor.

There are now plenty of other businesses offering customised silicone dog tags, so I would strongly suggest taking your business elsewhere until Truffle & Paw sorts out their communication and reliability issues.

Ordered a dog tag on 11th October 2025…

Ordered a dog tag on 11th October 2025 and it is now 8th November 2025 and still waiting.Had no replies from emails and sent around 20 😡looked on Facebook and the last post from them was 2024 so not looking very good for getting a reason for not receiving my order.Quick to take payment but not at replying to emails or sending orders im fuming!!!!!
**The previous tag was bought in 2024 and has broken** hardly a good selling point wish I'd of gone elsewhere didn't have this problem on last order

Don’t order!

I ordered my dog tag at the end of August and it still hasn’t arrived. I’ve contacted Truffle and Paw numerous times via email and their website and have had no response. They’ve taken my money and there is no way to claim a refund.

I ordered two tags on 10th October

I ordered two tags on 10th October. Still not arrived. Have contact the company four times through email and their website with no response. Even if the tags eventually arrive the customer experience is not OK.

Very poor customer service

I have used this firm before and they were great. Now is a different story. Ordered beginning of October 25. Have tried to email them 3 times. Used the online form too. You get an automated response so tell them the issue and then nothing. No phone number so you can’t speak to a human.
Have received dispatch info and nothing has arrived. Now need to try and get my money back.
Very disappointed and down £30!!

After leaving a 1-star review and…

After leaving a 1-star review and telling people to avoid as I was pretty sure this company wasn’t operating any longer, today, 30th October, the tags finally arrived after placing the order at the end of August!

As in my previous review, this is our second time ordering from this company, first time delivery was great and they are fab dog tags.

However, as a company, if you are having issues with meeting orders beyond what you had stated on your website then please do update your customers. It doesn’t cost much to send an email or put an update on social media. Times are hard and most people will be understandable if the communication is there.

It eventually arrived.

So...after writing a 1 star review, sending 2 emails to the company and still getting no response since I placed my order on 1st September, out of the blue today 30th October, my items have arrived! So clearly they are still operating, just taking ages and not checking their emails. Hopefully this is some hope to those of you still waiting. The products are great BTW.

Ordered a dog tag on 14th sept and…

Ordered a dog tag on 14th sept and still not arrived. This is the second one we’ve ordered and the first one was lovely and arrived quickly.
I have emailed the company several times asking when I can expect my order to be delivered but get a standard email response about receive a tracking email as soon as it’s on its way. I just want my order or a refund!!

DO NOT USE…

DO NOT USE…. I ordered a collar, I waited over 8 weeks for it to arrive. No emails of updates or apologies that it was taking longer than expected. Then when it finally arrived it was wrong. I emailed 10 times for them just to ignore every message. Disgusting service and customer services. I ended up having to cut my losses and throw it away. DISGUSTING, HORRIBLE COMPANY

Do not buy

Order not received despite them sending out a tracking code for Royal Mail which Royal Mail have never received. Failed to respond to 3 emails. Clearly a scam, wish I’d read the reviews first. Contacted my bank for money back

Please don’t order from this website

Same as everyone else. Ordered two weeks ago and tag hasn’t arrived. Was told it would be in a week. No way to contact them. Off to Timpsons tomorrow for a dog tag. Should have done that in the first place. This website is effectively theft. Shocking.
