I placed an order at the end of August, payment was taken on the next working day but, nearly two months later, the goods have not been delivered and there has been no response to communication. Swindlers.

The items ordered never arrived, Truffle and Paw do not reply to any messages.

Do not order from this company. Disgusting service. Exactly the same as other reviews I’ve read. Ordered over 8 weeks ago. Item never received, multiple emails and no response. Finally received a shipment email, but Royal Mail yet to receive. They have effectively stolen my money. Will be reporting.

Update, still shocking company. Claimto have despatched at the end of September with Royal Mail, but Royal Mail have not received it. This on top of an unacceptable delay from order

Awful custom service!!! Do not use this company a complete rip off you won’t receive the item you’ve ordered and then when you try to contact the company your emails are ignored!! Waited two months for the item to be delivered and still nothing received and I can’t get a refund as the company ignore any complaints.
This company needs to be shut down!!!

I placed an order for two dog tags on the 9th September 2025 and I have still not received my order. I have tried contacting them five times through their website and email address on the website and I have not received a single response! There is no phone number on the website to call either.
PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

My name tags have just arrived since ordering from the 17th September. Great quality again. Such a shame this whole experience has let the company down. I am grateful to have received them 🙏🏼

Used this company previously and couldn’t have recommend them more as the tags are great quality.

Needed to order more so I bought them again. Same as everyone else 3/4 weeks later no replies, no tags nothing. Just taken the money out. It’s disgraceful. What used to be a really good company that I recommend to people to now stealing peoples hard earned money and not fulfilling orders is disgusting. This site/ company needs removing to stop other poor people being scammed.

Should have checked reviews but as I used them previously I thought they were okay. Clearly not!!

Similar to other reviews, we order two tags over 3 weeks ago and they haven’t moved to in transit stage yet. Tried contacting the company via email twice and via Instagram, no response. Avoid

Ordered a tag over 5 weeks ago and it still has not arrived. No response from their customer email email address, would not recommend ordering from this retailer.

I’d like to give 0 stars but unfortunately I can’t do that. I ordered 2 tags from this company on 14th September. Say they dispatched it on 29th. Looks like Royal Mail hasn’t even received it. I’ve emailed, messaged on instagram but no reply. Just like all the other reviews on this site. So wished I’d read these before ordering. I feel this must be a fraudulent company and will now report them. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Order now taken over 3 weeks, I have moved house and they have not replied to my email about that, have had a despatch notification but the tracking link shows its not in the system. Terrible communication, slow order, there is a company on Not on the High Street selling them too, just ordered and got quick delivery and was cheaper! I wish I had read these reviews earlier.

Ordered on 4.9.25 2 x dog tags. According to website there was a 1 week delay. Emailed twice with no response, but got a shipping email on 29.09.25. It's nearly 2 weeks since 'dispatch' (10.10.25) and the item has not yet been scanned by royal mail suggesting that it hasn't been dispatched and that they sent me a dummy dispatch email after my 2nd email. Completely unacceptable service and one I will not be repeating. 7 days for them to deliver or will lodge a chargeback.

I ordered one tag from this company 3 weeks ago and still no product. They don’t respond to emails or even have an automated response. I also received an email saying my order had been dispatched, but Royal Mail hasn’t received it.
It feels like a scam, because the potential delay in receiving your order is only detailed either if you actively click on ‘shipping conditions’ when you’re at the checkout on their website (which I didn’t think to do as did not think it would be an issue) or via email once you’ve paid for the product. My email stated it would take approximately one week to process my order… I’m yet to receive it or receive any response to emails or a shipping update.
There seem to only be a few good reviews for this company this year, the majority of reviews - even 4star - make mention of poor customer experience and delays receiving their orders. Perhaps if they actually listened to and communicated with their customers, were transparent at the point of purchase, or just had a better business model, they wouldn’t have so many bad reviews.

Order made on 29th August and no order received as of yet. Chased a few times and no response. Email received over a week ago saying it’s been dispatched to Royal Mail with a tracking number and will be received in 1-2 days but Royal Mail have yet to receive the parcel. Absolute con. DO NOT USE!!!!

If there was an option to give zero stars I would. Placed my order on 3rd September. The website states one week dispatch. After 3 weeks and no contact I emailed - no reply. After 4 weeks and no contact I emailed - no reply. Then had a message on 29th September to say goods dispatched and a Royal mail tracking number. 10 days later (8th October) the Royal Mail tracking number states that they are awaiting the parcel. Have emailed the company again now asking for a refund. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT SEND THE GOODS

I placed an order for 2 silicon dog takes on 9th September with an expected delivery time of 5-7 business days (as per their website). I have still not received this order despite receiving an email on 29th September to say it is on its way and will be delivered within 1 - 2 business days by Royal Mail. I have checked the Royal Mail Tracking reference and that states the item has not been received with them.

It is almost 1 month since I placed this order. I have emailed several time and either get a standard response telling me to refer to their website for delivery timescales, or do not receive any response at all.

Still waiting for an ID tag that I ordered nearly 6 weeks ago. I wouldn't mind if I got communication about the delay, as i know they are busy but I've had no response from emails, their internal contact form and instragram messages. Really disrespectful to customers. No idea if ill ever get it, not holding my breath

No customer service. Order still not arrived after almost 6 weeks. Zero response to multiple emails. Abysmal. I have basically paid for nothing but aggro.

I have ordered before and it took a while (3 weeks) however this time I ordered one tag for our new puppy 5 weeks ago. I have had no response to emails. After my emails I did get a despatch notice on Monday but as of today (Saturday) the tracking number still states royal mail are awaiting receipt of the item from Truffle and Paw. I have requested a refund but it looks like others I may have to use the charhe back through my bank.
Appalling service, will not be using again.
