Ordered 23rd of Feb, had an update to say it had been dispatched on the 4th March which I was happy with! However still nothing. Emails and messages ignored.
Update.. order received 23rd March and the tag is lovely.

Product 10; Customer Service 0

I have ordered from Truffle & Paw a few times over the years and, initially, I was delighted with them. Recently, their service is just abysmal, even though the products remain great quality.

A while back, the "free" treat tins were out of stock (for ages!), and customers were told that if they emailed the company, a tin would be sent out when they were back in stock. Why put the onus on the customer? Simply despatch them to those customers who never got them! I emailed them, but mine never arrived.

My recent order took ages (five weeks). It was showing as being awaiting despatch for over two weeks. When you email them, they simply never respond.

Definitely would not order from them again.

Avoid!!
Ordered a walking set with free ID tag and a treat tin. The tin and tag arrived but no collar and lead. Have emailed, tried to contact by other means, to no avail.
The personalised tag is great, good quality but what a shame! Looking at other reviews, it appears that this company may have grown too fast too quickly and cannot cope. However, COMMUNICATION is essential. Otherwise it just appears fraudulent.
I now need to contact my payment provider to recoup the money.

I ordered a tag back in November last…

I ordered a tag back in November last year which took weeks to arrive, now 2 months old the tag is falling to pieces I’ve emailed them, sent them Instagram messages and nothing no response. I ordered this based on really great views mostly. Please do not waste your money!

Delayed delivery. Goid tag

Ordered tag said fast service. When I ordered they did say 10 days as they were busy. It took 3 weeks. 2 emails sent and none replied to!!
Tag arrived and I am happy with it. Just be honest about delivery times and answer e mails !

Save your money and shop elsewhere

Save your money and shop elsewhere. The telephone numbers aren’t readable and the communication is shockingly bad.
Very slow delivery which I wasn’t concerned about as our pup couldn’t go outside but now I have to get new tags that people can read.

Shipments stuck as pending, no response to emails

Ordered a tag 21 Jan, a week later got a shipping notification but the tracking with Royal Mail remains as “we are expecting it” for over a week now. Not response whatsoever to emails asking for an update.
Will be going to my bank to recover the money if not update soon. Do not recommend, seems like a scam.

Looks like I am experiencing the same issues as other people. Order placed and received, still waiting for Royal Mail to recieve it for delivering.
Would not recommend, emails to customer service remain unanswered.

Long delay with order

Order placed. Email saying it’s been sent via Royal Mail but tracking number says item not yet received. Sounds like this company could be a scam!!

Edit: order did arrive but it took 2 weeks. No response to emails.

Awful 😖

Order placed on 11-Jan, on 21-Jan, still no order or update on order, email sent requesting an update, following day I received an email to state that order had been shipped (automated email, not a response to my email sent to Customer Service). Today (27-Jan) another email sent to Customer Service to request update as still no order or update from supposed carrier! No response as of yet. This is not Customer service this is non-existent service! Not happy and certainly will not be recommending!

Highly frustrated …

Ordered first time a few months again and it was delayed. However, after emailing this got sorted.

Ordered again a few weeks ago hoping the first time was a genuine delay. However, no different the royal mail tracking has been stuck on we are awaiting your item (same as last time) it's been like this for over 8 days now. Emailed multiple times and no response. You can't even Facebook message them anymore. Alot of Facebook comments are mentioning the same.

No update from the company, no response from the emails.

If no response soon I will be going to the bank to recover the money.

Still waiting for a response

Was recommended by a family member as we were moving house. Ordered two tags a week before the move, thinking they’d be delivered in a week no problem. Here we are over a week later. Numerous emails and instagram messages trying to change the delivery address as I saw these comments. No response and no email to say they were dispatched.

Communication ZERO

Very expensive tags, however, I wanted good ones & these people say they're the best. Ordered over 2 weeks ago. Emailed twice, contacted via their website. Absolutely no response. Extremely disappointing customer service. In fact, no customer service. Buy your tags elsewhere from a company that delivers and responds.

Finally responded after review. Tags arrived. They look great. Hopefully their customer service will now improve for others. Satisfactory resolution after a long wait.

Review altered from 1 star to 3 after communication with the company.

Estimated delivery times are shown on our product pages and and pre-order items are labelled as such. For future reference, we also show estimated delivery times during the checkout process and in your confirmation email. I am sorry that you feel that this was not clear for you.
