Came on here to check if I’d been scammed!! Looks like not .. but I can’t comment on quality of item as I’ve not received anything! Mind you I have not been waiting nearly as long as some people on here! I have emailed twice but had no reply. V poor communication and customer service. Reading these reviews.. It seems I might hear something after a couple of months so I will just wait. Do not order from them - I’m sure other companies must do similar items but with better customer service/communication.

I really like my dogs new tag, my only issue is that it took some time to be posted.

Ordered at the end of Feb. Received an email to say the order had been dispatched with tracking code two weeks later. Tracking didn't work and order wasn't received. Received email on 23 March to say order hadn't been dispatched and would I like a refund. I replied and said yes, I would. No refund, no reply to my email. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Update * item arrived today after 3 weeks of waiting. They are lovely and feel decent quality. Such a shame the communication is so poor from the company and the shipping info is not accurate.

Wish I’d read reviews before I ordered with this company! 3 weeks on and nothing, no communication nothing! AVOID!!

Please avoid this company at all costs. Ordered my tag 4 weeks ago and it still hasn’t arrived! I emailed them after 2 weeks and they said that they ‘accidentally’ marked all orders as dispatched and my tag will be sent out to be delivered within the next few days, 2 weeks after that and it’s still not here! Emailed them countless of times for a refund and they’ve ignored them all.

Really disappointed, took ages to arrive and it was only when I emailed that I got an email advise there was an issue with delivery. I wish I had gotten my money back not because of the delivery but because of the quality of the tab. Dog has had it on for 5 mins and destroyed it, so honestly not worth the money. Will have to go and get one from somewhere else now

Edit: Initially gave 1 star but tags arrived today after waiting for over 2 months. They are really great quality, its such a shame their poor communication let them down. Hopefully they can get it sorted going forward. Would give 5 stars for quality of product.

Ordered tags weeks ago and still not received them. Sent countless emails and no reply. This is a shambles of a company. Steer clear.

Ordered 3rd of March, still not received, sent me a tracking code, when tracked says total mail are expecting it (48hour delivery) still on that now, emailed them 3 times, not replied, requested a refund through bank, if I could give 0 stars I would. Avoid them!

Ordered item and never received. Stay clear of this company they do not respond to emails either.

Same as everyone else. Ordered 24/02 and nothing - a month later. No response to emails or messages. Avoid.

Similar to other reviews, which I wish I’d read before ordering. Ordered 2nd March. Still not received. Delivery was meant to be within 1 week. Several emails ignored. They have provided a tracking number nearly a week ago but this is still not with Royal Mail.

If I could give zero stars I would, ordered on 3rd March, no response to emails, or social media queries.
2 days ago and email advised it had been dispatched via Royal Mail, who state sender advising they are sending the item.
Scam company, do not order!

Edit: I received the tag much later, with an apology and explanation from the company.

I ordered two personalized tags in February and was advised delivery would be within 1 week.
Nothing arrived and all emails I have sent chasing haven’t been replied to.
I now need to request a refund through my bank.

Ordered a tag and tin in February 2025. Stated delivery time 7-10 days but that’s weeks gone! I have sent numerous emails, left comments on their Facebook page yet no response. For almost 3 weeks they have left my status as being posted by Royal Mail. When I check this Royal Mail state they are waiting for the item. Do not buy from this company, they just don’t care they offer poor service
