Excellent experience with the team, from initial showroom visit, quoting, technical survey, installation and keeping us up to date throughout the whole process. The whole team is friendly, helpful and professional. Dan & Josh did an excellent job with our windows and doors. Highly recommend.

Edited 16 months on - while happy with the initial installation, we've had several problems with windows and doors. 6 weeks later, one of the bedroom windows jammed shut on and it took 6 weeks to get someone to fix it. The backdoor handle has broken twice, the first time we had to get an emergency locksmith out (he said the door wasn't hung correctly which caused the issue), the second time we had to leave the back door unsecure for a week. The front stable door lock got jammed. The front windows sealant fell off, twice. While everything has been fixed and the team have been out several times, the last time we were told that the sealant around the front window was "wear and tear" and they would fix it out of courtesy which makes me believe it would be very difficult to get anything fixed again.

Truhouse installed windows and doors back in January and did a great job. Recently we experienced some issues with the front door being stiff to open and close. Also the lacquer has started coming off the front door handle. I contacted Truhouse and within 48 hours they sent around Adam and Steve, who did a great job of re-aligning the door which works great now. The door manufacturer have agreed to replace the door handle which Truhouse will fit for us. The after care service has been first class! Many thanks!

One of two companies out of the five I contacted who actually bothered to quote. Prompt before sales service. Listened to my needs & wants. Office staff efficient & answered queries promptly plus kept me informed of the progress of my order.
Excellent installation by Dan & ?. Friendly and did the best installation possible.
Door supplied with wrong outside handle but this was rectified within a few days.
Door aperture was wrongly measured leaving a 50mm+ gap at the top to be filled with expanding foam and covered with a trim strip.

The installation team, comprising Tony and Jay, was efficient, tidy and friendly. The Admin staff were also lovely.

Brilliant door, the quote was done seamlessly and really easy . I had never heard of the company before and used trust pilot to review and so glad I did, the price was very competitive and the service was excellent. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and use them again. Plenty of colour range choice and they picked a door that was perfectly matched to my windows, top job.and instead of waiting for months and months for a new door it was all done within a month.

truhouse are a very professional outfit, from start to finish they couldn't have been more helpful.The two lads who fitted my doors never stopped working until they had finished. i am very pleased with the quality of the doors and how tidy they worked.

I was slightly apprehensive having the windows replaced with frost on the ground, and having had a chequered past with double glazing installs didn’t help either, but I did not need to worry, the installation went like clockwork.

The install team (Steve, Andy, Tony and Jay) made really light work of a big job with a smile and a lot of professionalism, the only thing to give away that had been here were the four mugs on the wall when they left :-) (Oh and some really nice windows!).

Thanks also to Chris and Natalie for sorting out the initial quote, hand holding and measuring up so accurately! All in all the Roseview Ultimate sash windows we bought are a truly authentic looking replacement for the wooden sashes we took out (yes I know it’s sacrilege!) and the Solar Calibre composite doors reek of quality, and when you add in the stressless installation, you have a top job at a surprisingly competitive price.

Once again a big thanks to all, getting decent support and quality workmanship is on the wain nowadays so it is nice to recommend a company where it still exists.
