I hired Trustify to follow my husband when he had parent time with my 2 young children. We are currently separated, going through divorce. My husband found himself a girlfreind that has a criminal record and had been taking my young children around her and sleeping at her home. I needed proof of this to help my case for custody and to protect my young babies. The guy that was supposed to watch my husband the first night ended up not following his car when he left the home with my kids. The second day, they said they lost my husband through a red light. The 3rd day, they said they lost him again. I paid over 1,000 dollars and got nothing. How do I know they even were watching him? They charged me for hours of surveillance and got nothing. I feel incredibly RIPPED OFF. This is a big SCAM

Be clear about your expectations up front and get it in WRITING. I made it very clear what I expected from this investigation and I was assured that it was included in the $400.00 package. When the report was delivered, there was nothing in it that I couldn't find online myself. Overall, a complete waste of money.

This company are ripoffs they told me that I would be in charge of all my hours that they were billing
Me and I would give the OK Well in any event that did not happen I have gotten in touch with them and they told me that I close my account which I did not I talk to my investigators and they also told me that they did not close out my account and then I had some money left over on the deposit that I had given them I try to sort things out with them and they kept telling me I did things that I did not do Or said things that I did not say in any event I got a little angry and told him how I felt on the answering machine so because I expressed my feelings
They think that that justifies them keeping my money
That was left over from the case and as I said I did not close my case out and as far as I'm concerned
They don't know what they're doing they told me they sent me a t email on July six Stating that my case was closed that's not what the email said it said that they were welcoming me as a customer or better yet thanking me for being a customer they are a bunch of immature brats they blocked my number it's a lot easier for you to go out and find your own investigator they're everywhere you do not need a middleman especially one that ripped you off well I'm going to file a complaint with the BBB

PS I try to work things out with your employees they kept telling me that I closed out my account also they told me that they sent me emails that my account was closed the emails that they sent me does not state anything about my account being closed or me closing my account after a few days of this going on yes I got angry and gave them a piece of my mind because it appeared I was not getting any place talking to them nicely and trying to sort things out and I will never ever bring you business or ever recommend anybody to you and believe May I hire a lot of investigators also I talked to the investigators that you guys recommended to me and they told me that you guys are very immature and you have a bunch of people over there that do not know what they're doing

Had basically a very good experience for the most part! People were all very nice! PI was wonderful. The only problem I had was getting through to someone on the phone. Took me almost 2 weeks.
