Avoid This Distributor – Unresolved Issues and Poor Customer Service

I have been facing serious issues with Trust Music for months now, and despite numerous attempts to resolve these problems via their customer care, nothing has been fixed. Here are the main issues:
The face recognition software used for account access didn't work, and since that moment, my account and all distributed music have been inaccessible. This is a critical issue that has yet to be resolved.
Non-Payment of Royalties: I haven't received any royalty payments for my music for an extended period. This delay is completely unacceptable and has caused significant financial stress.

Blocked Activities: All activities related to my music, including promotions and updates, have been blocked. This has severely impacted my ability to engage with my audience and promote my work.

Failure to Transfer Albums: Despite repeated requests, my albums have not been moved to a functioning account. This ongoing disruption is causing a loss of potential revenue and opportunities.

The customer service has been unresponsive and unhelpful, leaving me and many other artists in a state of frustration and disappointment. If you are considering using Trust Music, I strongly advise you to think twice. The lack of support and unresolved issues make this distributor a poor choice for any serious artist.

Until these problems are addressed, I cannot recommend [Distributor's Name] to anyone.
