Horrible PCR test experience. I got the PCR in a walk-in centre in the ASDA parking, Charlton. The test operator had to scribble my name because the app wasn't working. She wasn't wearing any masks and was letting people with no mask in the tiny, unventilated booth. Almost 2 full days, 44 hours to get the test result, while the promise was 24-36 hours.
Considering I had to self-isolate until I got the result the delay is very annoying. Imagine if it was a fit-to-fly and I had to travel

Got an email saying your results are through, go to portal to see them.

Repeated messages saying error occurred or wrong username or password. Changed these three times and used mobile phone, laptop and computer.

Tried to phone their number in Sale. Ansa phone says, we’re open office hours. Weds 29th Dec, but no one there. Went round to this office to find all shutters over windows down.

I need confirmation of the results to go to work. Each day I wait, I don’t get paid.

So if I can’t get through on the app or phone, I’ve no choice but to go back to where I had the test. Did do. Staff unhelpful at Hampton Hilton, saying to contact the above number in Sale.

Your reply from Eurofins read at 15.10 "Our technical team are aware of this and have implemented changes to avoid it happening again. We are also working on a new backup process to ensure minimal disruption in future".

So, excitedly I'm going back to your portal, finger crossed, I can go to work.

Tried logging in once again. "Error occurred". Please can I have a refund, so I can book with a different service user.

What is the government doing telling us to have a certicated test before flying costing the traveller 100.00, then paying for another certificated test back in the UK, all seems like a money making scam to me.

Ordered Fit to Fly Lateral Flow Test. I needed proof of NEGATIVE test with 24hrs of travel.
Once registered with unique password the process for registration and reporting of the test result was straight forward. Only minor niggle was ability to scan the Lateral Flow QR code. This was essential as a separate Sample Kit Number was not shown.
Was very impressed as eurofins Test Report was received back within 2 hrs

Absolute and utter robbery. Day 2 test stuck in Edinburgh which is 300 miles in the wrong direction to where it is going from my home. Day 5 test to release has been in another place for 4 days now. I did everything exactly as instructed. Now on day 8 but not expecting that, or any other results to ever be seen. I am sick to death of the corruption of these companies.

Excellent service... And supwerb follow up...
My test kit had not reached the lab and I was very worried as it was the test for my parents who were to travel the next day.
It was amazing how Michelle (from the orange team) followed up and kept me updated on every step.
I did get the results in time too!!
