I have reviewed octopus energy for endless lies including emailing me claiming to be the ombudsman, saying the government told them they can charge what they want etc etc etc etc etc, this has gone in for six years. So far they have admitted trying to take £3800 from me and threatening me with interest, they still owe me £3400 and the case is still open and still with the ombudsman.
Octopus are now lying and manipulating you at trust pilot to have my reviews taken down saying they still can't find my account even though I have given them the ombudsman case reference, my email and my phone number. Octopus replied directly to me in relation to my review and have used it to tell more lies and harass me. They have also stated on trust pilot that the case is closed with the ombudsman on trust pilot using you to promote there lies when the case is far from closed. You are now threatening me to remove my reviews!! It's very shocking that octopus and Greg Jackson have power over trust pilot. I was under the impression trust pilot was to allow the consumer to speak out.
By threatening me to provide information to octopus or you will remove my reviews you have just been played by them or you are there supporting them. I do not have an idea octopus energy account now as they are very aware, I had to block them from my bank for fraud and deception and move to another company. The case is with the ombudsman and is ongoing, it has not been closed and octopus are doing everything they can to hide what they have done by lying including on trust pilot responses to my reviews.
This case is very serious and is going to watchdog. The actions of all involved and all manipulated by these liers will be included.
Is it legal for octopus energy to lie on trust pilot in order for them to hide there behaviour.
I want octopus blocked from responding to my posts as they have lied and are manipulating you.
If the fact Greg Jackson the ceo of octopus and advisor to kier starmer is influencing you, this is a serious breach.

Negative reviews being flagged or other loopholes to make merchants have better and higher ratings
Trustpilot has an option for merchants to “flag” or remove negative ratings on merchants. This is how a lot of merchants have high ratings even though they are scammers. I rate merchants based on my experience and I don’t appreciate my review being taken down or flagged because of some technicality or because the merchant has found a loophole in the system. If a review has been flagged, it should give you the exact reason why and give you a chance to correct it. I actually see advertising on social media about offers to merchants to remove negative reviews which makes Trustpilot a review system and ratings a joke and a farce.

Extremly hard to reply to the request asked by the company.
The I go through the AI chat and ID verification process only to receive an email saying that it was a fabricated review.
So what should i have just let my self be scammed, makes me think Trust Pilot helps companies get away with it.
