Complete crap! And it got even worse after the recent security breach

People in these reviews are blaming TrustWallet because THEY fell for a scam. Not TrustWallet's fault you fell for it.

What IS TrustWallet's fault is
1. unnecessarily changing their UI. I hate when companies do this. Stop changing things if they are fine already.
2. promoting gambling. THIS ONE IS HUGE. TrustWallet, you are pathetic immoral scum and everyone working for you should feel intense shame over their lack of a moral compass. Gambling is a destructive and degenerate. At this point it is pathetic and laughably ANNOYING with all these gay ass ads being spammed in my face. I digress.

I was lured to Trust Wallet, believing I was investing with their platform, and scammed out of all my funds. The scammers copied their customer service and all aspects of their website once logged in. Trust Wallet offered no support or resources when the transfer was initiated from my account. They are a non-custodial platform, which means anyone can use their website to scam your funds away. Don't go near Trust Wallet.

I opened for my wife an account trust wallet and she broke the phone. She downloaded the app on a new phone , she used the secret words, password. She log in but the funds (eth) disappear and they(trust wallet dosen't have people to fix your issues you have to speak with a robot who is useless. My sister in Spain same she broke the phone and when downlanded the app on the new phone and log in the funds dissappear. I am very frustrated becouse I was who recommended this app and I made them to lose their fund.
So people be careful with this app. If you broke your phone and then you install on the new phone the app you will lose your crypto and they don't do anything to fix it

Terrible. Can only speak to chat bots and your funds will get stolen. They need to be sued and arrested. Please avoid. This is a scammers paradise.

I am experiencing a serious issue with Trust Wallet that remains unresolved.

I have only ever created one Trust Wallet account. I carefully recorded the secret phrase, triple-checked it, and shared it with my wife for safekeeping. When my phone broke, I set up a new device and entered the secret phrase, only to lose all access to my wallet and the funds it contains.

It appears that, despite being a non-custodial wallet, Trust Wallet may have provided an incorrect secret phrase, as it now connects me to a wallet with no activity. The funds in the original wallet remain inaccessible, and there seems to be no support or solution available from Trust Wallet to recover them.

This situation is extremely concerning. I urge caution to anyone considering using this platform, as the lack of accountability could put users’ crypto assets at serious risk.

I have clear evidence that funds from two of my Trust Wallet crypto accounts were stolen in late December, 2025. When I discovered this, I immediately tried to report it to Trust Wallet. I spent many frustrating hours trying to do this, finally giving up in the end because their customer support in so terrible and inaccessible. Without paying $50 to receive "premium support", an AI chatbot is the only option, and the website does not allow you to submit an actual support ticket. This is my THIRD similar incident with Trust Wallet, so I am leaving this review now and any future involvement with them!

Trust Wallet is a company not professional at all. It is dealing with money of millions of clients whereas it is not secured at all. Hackers can access clients portfolio only with a secret sentence. There are not multi methods of authentication. Every day, there are scammers stealing funds from trust wallet clients. More than 7 millions have already been stolen, there are articles online and Trust Wallet is doing nothing to refund its clients. Trust wallet is unable to track the scammers.It has not even an insurance to do it!! No human support like Binance, it seems you are always talking only to AI chatbots, even if you lost thousands of euros on their platform with a scam phone call.

My friend lost $1500 USDT today.
She had 2fa enabled, but they were still able to take it.
Customer support said that there was nothing they could do.
Possible inside job. Wells Fargo did something similar to a customer recently and got caught.

Bought SOL thru trust wallet with Mercuryo partner and Sol never come, but money is taken from bank account, so this is just another SCAM. Using ledger for years and same day douit same transaction, ledger 6 minutes and SOL is in the wallet.

I lose my found, bad experience.

Do not trust it, ironic name for the worst wallet. Stay away and move to another wallet. Easy for scammers to get access to your wallet. NOT TRUSTWORTHY.

Trust Wallet is essentially complicit in the theft of user funds. Their interface is dangerously outdated and serves as a playground for scammers.
I had my wallet hijacked through a TRON "Account Permission Update" (Multi-sig injection). The worst part? Trust Wallet hides this from you. While scammers were stripping me of my ownership rights, the app showed absolutely nothing. No alerts, no "high-risk" warnings, and no way to see that a second owner had been added to my account.
By failing to provide a permissions dashboard or basic security warnings for TRC-20 "Account Updates," the Trust Wallet team is actively encouraging fraud through negligence. They provide the perfect environment for "invisible" theft that is impossible to revoke within the app.
If you use Trust Wallet, you are NOT the owner of your funds—the scammers are. Use TronLink or a hardware wallet instead. Avoid this trap!

Support is not reliable whenever you need!

Biggest fraud my all assets is invisible I send another user show complete but receiver not received and after some time I login my all assets show zero

Trust wallet is taking lots of money from everyone, and making victims like me 51.815€ gone with a wind.

I was scammed out of my $72K of crypto and Trust Pilot support wouldn’t even accept my request for help. Scammers advised i needed to register at cryptnetworkweb3.org to make sure crypto was secure after downloading it all to Trust Wallet, Big Mistake!!! Don’t trust others info. Just figure it out yourself or risk loosing everything. Especially from those offering help on TicTok!!!!!!!!
