TOTAL SCAM!!!!!!! all they do is steal your money

Not to be trusted. They drain your wallet. There is no support . Stay away from trust wallet by all means.

BEWARE OF THIS APP!!!
I wrote a review before and it was taken down. I know some of their criminal agents are here to flag people's comment.
***Trust Wallet is actually FRAUD WALLET***
I was recently robed by them and they drained all my assets.
Their modus operandi is to hack into people's account and initiate transaction to send all the money in the account to some other wallets, THEN THEY'LL BLAME YOU FOR BEING CARELESS WITH YOUR PASSWORD OR 12-KEY PHRASE.
They have done this to thousands of people over the past years, just take a look at people's comments here and other places like playstore or applestore.
THIS IS REASON THE APP DOES NOT HAVE 2FA SECURITY, so that it makes it easy for them to steal and to blame you or some unexisting hackers

WARNING do not use this service. I opened an acct with them and they admitted someone hacked my acct and they recovered my XRP and would send it back. I still do not have my coins back. I wrote to the company and sent them proof yet nothing has been done. Today I filed a complaint with the IC3, FBI regarding the matter. I told them that I would alert others on the WWW and if I do not get my funds returned to me I will hire an attorney. I'm 75 yr old disabled woman and this matter has caused my blood pressure to go to 207/85 and in the emergency room for 6 hours. They have wiped me out and I believe Trust was behind the scam.

they called my wife and said she had an issue with her wallet she needs to move her funds immediately and they sent her wallet to transfer the funds to secure her money and they stole $1789 from her account and the support said they have no idea it was a scam.

Scammers. Notification sent by them via message. Told me my wallet compromised suspicious activity . Called my phone pretended to tell me someone logged into my account from overseas and tried to get me to move $5000 from my bank account to another trust wallet . Scammed $1500.Support useless and admit they don’t support people scammed to get money back . Crypto rubbish and scammers pathetic and unprofessional.

Bei 3 Überweisungen auf die selbe Adresse hat mir Trust die letzte Überweisung mit 200XRP unterschlagen! Mir haben sie lediglich mitgeteilt das sie das versenden annulliert haben, aber keine Gutschrift auf meinem Konto. Das heißt Trust schuldet mir 200XRP. Hab mittlerweile 5 Mails geschrieben die Antwort ist lediglich. Ich brauch nichts machen!!

I was subject to a scam which I reported to Trust Wallet Support who subsequently did far above what I expected of them to resolve my issue. They kept me updated during the process of resolving the issue and ultimately sorted everything out for me. I was amazed at how much they helped. I will gladly continue using Trust Wallet. Great effort by the support team at Trust.

Trust wallet is thif stole all my crypto

Sold ETH through their providers and it was an automated sell so i didn’t send the ethereum manually. Didn’t get any mail confirmation and just lost all my ethereum. Someone take down this scammy wallet and people, not a single help to get either.

Absolute trash wallet. Do not put your crypto in there. Lots of coins not able to sell. Now just sits in the wallet. Zero customer support. If you're stuck with something they just refer to totally useless bot or QnA that offers 0 help

What went wrong this time? I just deposited $350 worth of BTC. I SAW IT THERE!!!!!!! Now it's gone. This wallet is horrible. Customer service sucks. You have been warned!!!!!! For me it's a cold wallet or nothing. Unclaimed!!!!!! Nothing but trouble with any wallet.

I wish I had read the reviews here first. I transferred almost $12k of coins to Trustwallet from older, unsupported wallets, where those coins had sat safe as houses for over 10 years!

I installed the Chrome extension, and added a very secure password and all was fine. The next morning I started receiving fake "verify account" emails from a weebly address. all of these were ignored.

Within 10hrs of my transfers, 100% of my assets were stolen and moved away. The app has a setting to request verification before transfers are made, this did not happen.

I agree with many commentators that this looks like an inside job, it was too quick, and the spammy email was triggered by something or someone almost immediately after I transferred.

Harsh lesson, there is nothing they will do, and not a human you can talk to.

I should have been quicker to react when I found there is no 2FA option on the app, I have to think this is a deliberate decision to make the app less safe and accountable.

AVOID at all costs if you want to keep your coins safe. This is not a legitimate app.

The money desappeared from my wallet like that, realĺy scam. Scam gangs are opreating there too. So call3d moning pools.Steal money, try to receive tel numbers try to recruit via wattsapp too.
No support whatever.

this company is a shit, you are the worst Trust wallet company and whoever is responsible there, they don't give a shit about their customers, they don't have a support team while a bigger and more busy company they have it, whenever you want a support for anything, they will just tell you talk to the bot, benches of thieves non responsible.

Made deposit and bought coins . Now it wont let me sell coins or transfer to my other wallets .always says not enough etherum . So gas fees to high sent numerous emails and got no help

I have lost my money with Trustwallet this is the first time I've experienced something like and it's scary, I trusted personal wallets thinking they are safe, all my transactions were wiped out and there is no transaction history support is not helping I'm frustrated
