Girls trousers in a variety of sizes
Finally, trousers long enough for my long legged 13 year old. Thank you! I no longer have to put her in shapeless elasticated wasted trousers with the waist pulled in just to get her trousers the right length.

Poor quality grey shorts
Poor quality grey shorts. Really stiff round the top. We managed to undo these to see what material they had used ! It may as well have been
Concrete. Really disappointed and won’t be shopping with trusted again.
Back to Asda grey shorts ! Which are hands down much better quality and less than a quarter of the price!

The stiffness you’ve described is not typical of our schoolwear and certainly isn’t the quality or comfort we aim to deliver. The fabric does soften after washing, if you would like to give this a try.
I can see from your account that the shorts were purchased 12 months ago, so unfortunately we are unable to process a refund on this occasion. When I placed the order it stated 2-3 days but took a lot longer. I would have purchased from somewhere else if I knew this as I was waiting on the skirts for my daughters

These tights are not great
These tights are not great. I ordered size 5-6 and they came 5-7. Very narrow and not sure how they would fit a 7 year old. They only just fitted my just 5 year.
My daughter wore I pair fell over and a hole appeared straight away. Then next pair the first time she wore them a wore appeared in the bottom. I'm not talking a little hole the whole bottom was out. A little of the waste band was still in tac so the stayed up but the whole bottom was out. I've never seen anything like it.

I’ve bought a few items of boys school uniform from Trutex in the last 6 months. The items are of a high quality and reasonable price. The orders are delivered very quickly. I returned one item ( bought for choice) and it was refunded quickly. I would highly recommend.
