Support was seconds away. I was concerned I received a phony site and asked the question. Support was very fast and I processed my order shortly after. My only complaint was sitting through long advertisements for additional products. I hope not to do that again.

I ordered 2 jars of the old formula and you sent two of the new which is on top of the six I already had, The new formula irritates my skin where as the old does not. When I talked to customer service they said I had to return the two you sent before you sent the old at no charge since I paid for the last shipment. I would have you expected you to ship the old type immediately allowing me to return the ones I dont want at my leisure. very dissapointing,

They were easy to communicate with, knowledgeable, time efficient, friendly.

The rep was quick to respond to my questions, and helped ease my tension over my delivery issue.

Support was very attentive,to resolving a small issues i was having. They got back to me quickly every time,and resolved the issue abruptly. Thanks guys great job.

No date of experience and have not purchase the product yet. Just here to mention that no one ever mentions if the product helps on the stomach and if it really helps clean the liver to stop fluids for gathering around stomach like the add says. All the reviews go towards how the product arrived and if it was delivered on time and how they answer you emails and calls quick. Just want to know if the product works as they tell you for the stomach. Thank you, Oscar

Representative was kind polite was told I should receive my order today. Ordered back on April 18th..

I gave 4 stars because my service wasn't necessarily simple. It took several emails for me to get the help I needed. One of the reasons was an issue with the photo I sent. The other was that I felt it took longer than necessary to get the results I needed. But over all I did get the help I needed; it just took several emails back and forth.

Your support team, as soon as I sent my letter in, replied right away. I couldn't believe how great this service and team actually is. I spoke to this woman named Jessica and she was fantastic. She answered all the questions that I had. She was very knowledgeable and very friendly.
I just asked about my journey with your company and the kind of deals that you do have. Jessica actually help me and wrote back right away about what the deal you sent me was all about and also answered my other question about what I should put on first the oil or the balm.
Just a wonderful experience Jessica was Just fantastic to talk to and I appreciate the customer service but I appreciate your product I've been using it for a week and a half and I already see a difference. I got old fast and I'm only 55 because I work 16 hours a day and maybe get 4 hours of sleep at night so I wasn't really taking care of my face too much Just going back And for it to work.
One day I noticed in the mirror that I'm getting spots on my face I'm getting a wrinkles on my eyes The skin on bottom of my eyes are blown up, And I was getting a lot of forehead wrinkles. I think I saw your commercial on Facebook and that one guy you put up on the video convince me to get the product. The change I saw in his face was incredible. So I figured I'd try your product and I'm hooked believe me I see a difference right away even after a week and a half of using this stuff my skin feels so good and I was having an elbow problem where every lotion I put on was not helping the dryness and it was discolored now it's getting a lot better because of the balm that I bought from you guys. Just an incredible product I'm very satisfied and I just want to say thank you to you and your team. Your customer service is fantastic and your product is the greatest Thank you very much.
