I like the shampoo
I like the shampoo. However, haven't seen any regrowth of hair on my receding hairline. It smells good, cleans well. But, I didn't want a reaccuring subscription. I requested a cancellation and Julia got back to my very quickly. I probably will purchase more later, I just don't need a refill for now. I have only been through 1 bottle of 3 so far.
Damaged delivery package
My review is in regards to the delivery by USPS. My package arrived damaged. I notified Spartan, provided a photo of the damaged package and contents, and received a replacement confirmation of the missing item within minutes. No BS! The product is great. I love the feel and aroma. I recently had two eye lid surgeries, and had to postpone shampoos for a couple weeks. My renewal came up, but Cecille understood my circumstance and postponed the process for 30 days. Thanks again.
