I just purchased the beginners course and have been really impressed with my experience so far. My confirmation email didn’t come through immediately after I ordered so after a quick email to them, they sent everything through to me straight away. The level of customer service so far has been amazing.

I’ve only had the chance to flick through the manuals. There is a ton of information which goes into great detail about the various methods of candle making. I have purchased beginners guides online previously and none of them have gone into so much detail as this course does! I’m really excited about getting started in candle-making!

The digital ebook academy is excellent! The candle-making ebook is amazing and easy to understand. Also, the customer support is outstanding! This is the best investment I have made!

Self passed and well worth it. I purchased the candle making course a couple weeks ago. I haven't completed everything yet, but I like the fact that everything is very detailed with clear explanations and pics.

I just purchased my the digital book academy for candle making yesterday; which is why 4stars. I usually don’t trust the ads on IG so, I go straight to reviews if it’s something that peaks my interest. Obviously, that turned out well. Initially when I completed my purchase; I went to my email and there was a problem but, I emailed customer service and it was corrected quickly, with apologies and follow ups.
The content I’ve read so far, I must admit pretty much mirrors what I’ve gotten from you tube but, I haven’t completed all the content yet.
I went straight to the vendors list and I’m loving the websites Everything is very user friendly and well explained.

I’m very skeptical about these significantly reduced digital ebooks or anything, bcuz they usually give just enough information to get you started and confused; requiring you to either give up on it…… wasteof time and money or; take a chance on spending more money. Not this!!!!

Anyone doubtful, don’t be.

So far it's been a great experience. I purchased the candle making course about 2 weeks ago. I haven't completed everything yet but I have been well taken care of. Shortly after my purchase I needed some customer service, I emailed and I got a response quickly and it was taking care of my issue 100%. They continue to be in touch with me regularly throughout the process. They have been kind and informative. Going above and beyond. The course content is thorough and easy to read. Great experience. Highly recommend.

It was so easy to sign up for this course and the customer service was outstanding! I am thrilled and can not waited to start making my own candles!

The ebooks were helping and when I had a problem they fixed it right a way very happy with quick respond

I've struggled with mindless research for a while now but this has made it very easy for me to learn what to do and how to do it... Don't second guess it just get the program its worth it

My experience with digital book academy was amazing. I get to learn new techniques from their ebook which helped me to make candles in the most easiest ways possible. Each course comes with the detailed explanation of the products and step by step guidelines of candle making. It was definitely a fun learning experience.

Course are incomplete. Missing documents that are referenced in the videos.

Purchased a face massage course.
Received a lot of different basic movements how to perform,but no final video from start to finish.Bad quality course, I would say is not worth the money.

Deceitful and thieves. Do not go to their website. The course advertised for $17 and I was charged $183.00 SCAM ALERT!

This company is very deceitful and will give you the run around and not provide refund within the 7 day window as they advertise.
I did nit even complete the checkout process and they immediately charged me when I backed out of the payment process.
I immediately told them to refund my money and I did not download anything.
I will report them to BBB and FCC.
This woman lies and I will make sure I get my money back! They do not provide what they advertise.

I bought the candle making course together with the candle marketing toolkit for a total of $36.80 after discount on 4/23/25. The course was supposed to come as a pdf file plus 4 video courses and three bonus files. I got the pdf and nothing else. I immediately contacted them within 2 days of purchase and they offered to upgrade me and send 2 video downloads. I declined! I want what I paid for. I was given the run around since. Buyer beware!! This company will take your money and will not honor their 7 day unconditionally refund guarantee. I have escalated this with paypal and am awaiting resolution. I would give a -10 to this company if I could. They are shady, dishonest and unreliable!! Stay away!!!

I like the course. The o ly problem is had is i accidentally clicked on another part and was instantly charged. I was just trying to read what it was all about.
On there refund policy it states that if you want a refund with in 7 days of purchase, you will receive a full refund. I contacted them about it Tuesday of this week and have been given the run around every since. This makes me feel like they are not an honest company.i finally received several emails back and one email stated that I am not eligible for a refund unless there is a problem. Then I got an email asking if they handled everything correctly and I said no. So I was told that they sent me 2 links to re-download. Just frustrating when everything seems to be a scam of some form.

I accidentally clicked on a course. I did purchase one course but I'm looking at the others I accidentally clicked on another one which was not a see what the course offers but it automatically took money out of my account . I contacted the company immediately and have not received an answer. I then got an email asking how I would rate them. I would rate them a negative ten. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

I was a bit skeptical when I first purchased the $17 candle making course, but it truly exceeded my expectations. For such an affordable price, the eBook was surprisingly detailed and professional. The step-by-step instructions were so clear that I managed to make a beautiful lavender-scented candle on my very first try! I also appreciated the little troubleshooting tips (like how to prevent tunneling) which showed me the authors really know their stuff. I’m absolutely thrilled with how much I learned in a short time, and I didn’t even need the 7-day refund guarantee because I’m definitely keeping this one.

It is a big Scam if I knew about it. There is no 7 days money back guarantee. They don’t want to refund you creating all the excuses that it is against their policy. I bought the candles courses and I am stuck with these poor videos quality. BE AWARE. Don’t buy anything of what they are advertising of.

It’s a scam don’t do it will try and get you for one price then charge a different price

I sadly purchased the candle course, before reading the reviews on trust pilot. Then I read their terms of services and saw that they remain the right to charge your account again. So I emailed them, telling them I want a reimbursement, and that I won't create an account as I don't agree with their terms. It smells like a scam. I kept getting emails with questions I had already answered. Constantly evading and procrastinating. I blocked them and went straight to PayPal, where they evaded my explanation for wanting to be reimbursed again. Funny enough, they supposedly give you a 7 day money back guarantee after you create an account, so you basically have no choice but to agree, which in turn gives them the possibility to draft more money from your account. I have now let PayPal handle it, after all this back and forth. I hope this review saves someone else from making the same mistake.
