TI 3 was very accurate with my girls location. TI 3+ is showing her as far as three miles away when she's in a kennel but when I can't be with her and I get a notice she's not where she's supposed to be I get very concerned!

So far knock on wood our pup hasn’t broken free since getting Fi but just knowing it’s there is reassurance enough plus I do like the step tracker part of the Fi.

We love Fi! Peace of mind in a tiny black box for our Puppas is priceless!

We really loved the fact that we could track our dogs.
I wish we could have kept the service, but we couldn't afford to pay a monthly fee, or yearly.

We have security in knowing that our dogs are tracked should they get loose. Also the health benefits are a huge plus too.

I have this product for 3 years now and consider it essential for keeping track of my off-leash dog. In addition, it is a great indicator of his health. Fi never mentions it in its marketing, but I can tell if my dog is sick or not on a lethargic day by watching his strain score. He may seem ok, but not himself; but if his strain score skyrockets, he is sick. Finally, he goes almost everywhere with me, and my wife loves tracking where we are!

Fi, You've been a life saver.
Now Cali never strays far, so never used the lost dog function until just the other day.
You see Cali is a 17.5 year old, 60lb Border Collie who is developing CCD (Canine Cognitive Disorder) aka Doggy Dementia. She got into the garage and stuck behind work racks and tools last Summer. I searched the house, yard, and garage based on the GPS marker. I couldn't find her anywhere but your tracker said she was right near me. I thought somebody or something must've removed her collar, but where was it? Your tracker had to be wrong, but I kept going back to the garage each time after broadening my search.
Maybe an hour later while sitting on the garage floor bewildered the tracker still said she was within 3 meters of me, I finally heard her faint panting from behind the bottom shelf. I pulled out boxes and rescued her. If not for your GPS I would have moved on with my search and she would have roasted within hours where she was. I owe you Fi!
(...and the garage has now been Cali-proofed!)

That's my Fi hero story, but I also regularly use the sleep and step feature to monitor her sundowning activity, which helps with medication or just a little extra attention to calm her down. The old girl still hits her step goal of 8k steps (ie 2 miles) every day!
We're the OG model, but the series 3 seems awesome with the AI and reduced size. At present we're sticking with what we know to give Cali best final days of her life.

The activity tracking is the most useful feature. The GPS is only occasionally accurate or available.

Email customer service is slow and sometimes unresponsive. No results with phone call as I'm once again told to wait on another email and the people answering are not techs and would not transfer me to a tech. Still waiting on answers after a week of slow emails and a phone call. Not one answer about what to do. Customer rep on phone answered quickly and was very nice. I appreciated Tara and she wanted to help. But taking another message is not what I need. Should have immediately offered an exchange or refund. That's what customer service is supposed to do. Loved the old product but this "upgrade" is terrible.

I love this collar. It has helped me more than once find my precious baby. It gives me such peace when I have to leave them. I love the step meter as we walk everyday.

Tags ship quick and work well

We have a blind German Shepherd, and it really helps peace of mind so I know if and when she gets away from us, I can find her. I love how I can locate her all the time.

I upgraded my FI collar recently to get the new 3.0. I am such a fan of Fi. The collar is small and super efficient. I charge every couple of weeks with a very active dog. It keeps track of her and lets me know when she is out of the safe zone. I love the step tracker to know if she is getting good exercise and the sleep tracker helps me know she is resting when time.
Great work Fi. Highly recommend.
