DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! It is a total rip off. The highland core is nothing like what they advertise. It isn’t even weighted. This company is terrible, a complete joke

I would give no stars if I could
I would give no stars if I could . I ordered a weighted cow for my daughter . She never received it . I made several attempts at filling out so called tickets to find out what was going on. I only got bogus answers. The shipping tracking isn't even real. This is a total scam. I ended up contacting the BBB. This place needs ro be shut down.
I brought 1 highland cow
I brought 1 highland cow, and bought a second one on discount, they arrived to be scabby little cows, with no weight not even the size advertised, felt like a Temu version, totally ripped off, I have also noticed I have 4 transactions out of my card, 3 in last month and 1 yesterday. This company is draining my account. I have put it on hold and seeking full refunds.
Shit site, rosa site for highland cow off tiktok is a total scam. Fffss

I wish I had the mindset to read the reviews prior to purchasing. I ordered the highland cow for a Christmas gift. What I received was not what was advertised. The claimed warming/cooling bag was not included. I tried to report the missing part but their link for refunds did not work. I sent an email and didn’t receive a response until a month later. The email, in part, stated “ while the plushie you received may differ slightly from what was advertised, it still offers the same comforting qualities that make plush toys so special. Many customers find these benefits meaningful:
Helps reduce stress and anxiety through gentle pressure and comfort
Promotes better sleep and a sense of security
Provides emotional support during stressful or lonely moments
Encourages relaxation and focus
Suitable for both kids and adults as a cozy, grounding companion”
And that they are willing to offer me 40% refund on my $25.00 purchase! Are you kidding me!!!! They did not provide the product they advertised, period.
I hope this saves someone else from spending hard earned money from this fraudulent company.
Scam
Scam, weighted cow had no weights, took 2 months for a reply about refund, never received refund. Had a charge placed on my card from another company - dailymanlywears.com
Went to their customer support and they advised that by accepting the terms of conditions on tyros.com I was signed up for a VIP rewards trial:
The charge on your account was for the VIP Rewards subscription, which is part of our affiliate company, TryRosa. When you purchased the Weighted Cow Plush, there was a checkbox in the order process for the Terms of Service. By checking this box, the VIP Rewards subscription was activated for a 10-day trial period. This checkbox isn’t pre-selected — it requires active selection by the customer.

I only gave star because I had to in order to speak on my experience with this company. I have communicated with these people numerous times and I keep getting the run around because what my friend received was not as advertised. Supposed to be a highland cow with the bead you can microwave or put in the freezer. It has the pouch to put the beads in but no beads. Wish I'd read the reviews before ever dealing with company
highland cow scam
I too ordered the highland cow. Worst thing I’ve ever ordered. It is NOT anything like it advertised, not weighted and awful appearance. I messaged them and when they responded it was a lame excuse of being a small company and blah blah blah. I expressed my feelings of being charged $14.95 shipping and the response was: when it shows another transporter has to be used the cost goes up. I said then I and other customers should be told that and let us decide. Response: sorry. Well this company is a total scam and I wish I could rate it a negative ten. Consumer beware and lesson learned.
I ended up having to cancel my card and get a new one.
Scammers!!!
DO NOT!!! Very untrustworthy, sneaky “company”
I have bought better items from dollar tree! I ordered a “weighted cow” as a Christmas gift then there was a special to add another for $4.99…. What they don’t tell you is that they’ll charge you $14.95 for that second item (no where did it say that I even looked for some fine print)
Fast track a couple week when I received these…tried to contact customer service multiple times and got no reply to email for weeks! And then when I finally stated to dispute the charge with my bank they finally started answering the phone and gave me a 50 percent refund on the shipping…what??! I asked for a full refund and found another charge for $39.97 in my bank and had to have that refunded too! Very sneaky and scam like! Fast forward I ended up getting all but $22.04 refunded (mind you I have $80 in charges from them now…) and the rep told me they wouldn’t refund the shipping because it was non refundable!
Total SCAM!
Total SCAM!
The shipping times quoted on the site are inaccurate, don’t believe it. At checkout the site prompted me to add an extra cow to my order for only $4.95. After I placed my order they added an extra $14.97 shipping charge, which they charged TWICE, then shipped my order in one package. The cows I received look nothing like the photos and are absolutely decrepit and mangey looking. Furthermore it’s total false advertising because the cows aren’t weighted and don’t come with the heating packs. They are also small. The site advertises easy returns but when you follow the steps to contact them they respond back with automated emails and don’t ever reply back.
SCAM.
SCAM.. also known as tyrosa.com or designerseas.com. Stay clear
Wish I could rate a 0
Wish I could rate a 0. Scam company, charged me and never responded when I inquired weeks later about the false product.
Do not buy from them
Horrible company I received my" weighted cow" it was not weighted at all. Do not order from them!! I asked for a replacement they said they could not give me a weighted cow and could only refund me 50% of my money. Complete bs of a company.
If I could give a 0 I would
If I could give a 0 I would! I ordered 1 weighted cow and thought i didn't put it in the cart. So when I was asked to add it the 2nd time I did. They charged me 2xs the amount for shipping then what it cost for 1 cow itself. I then went to look for tracking and was given a weird month long delivery estimate. On 12/24 I was charged 40 dollars by them for a subscription that I never signed up for. I still haven't received my weighted cow which was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my bestfriend.
SAVE YOUR MONEY
I wish I would have done more research before purchasing. Like other reviews, the highland cow was NOT as expected in size nor was it weighted. I was also charged a $39 fee a couple weeks after my initial purchase, and when I went to put in a ticket with their support team, the website doesn’t exist. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
Scammers, re charging cc after a few weeks
Scammers. Re charge credit card every few weeks
SCAMMMM
I waited 2 weeks and then THEY came. I got this for a Christmas present for myself and when the product came they had no weight a bag on the side and isn’t like the product they said they were I am going to try to return it and get some thing from somewhere else please do not buy. SCAMMMM
Garbage, not as advertised.
My "Weighted Highland Cow" took over a month to arrive, and it was not at ALL as advertised. Small, no weight whatsoever, cheaply made, colours are wrong, looks bedraggled. The only reason it has a star is because my 4 year old is delighted and is putting things in the random zippered pocket on the side. But not what I ordered. Don't waste your money.
never even received the weighted cow…
never even received the weighted cow plush. than I cant even contact them. when I go to dispute the charge I find 3 charges of around $39 from a site I've never been on for a subscription I never ordered. total scam don't order from them
Avoid this dodgy company
If I could rate this company’s highland cow, less than 1 star, I would. Cheap, nasty product, no heating pouch, lightweight, tiny and horrible scratchy fabric.
Took ages to arrive, charged twice as much postage as was advertised and this company has used my card details for other transactions (3 so far of approx $60 each) which I did not make. I have now had to close this bank account to stop unauthorised transactions and get my bank involved following this up.
