DO NOT BUY — total waste of money.
The product doesn’t work, and to make things worse, I was later charged for a subscription I never knowingly agreed to. When I contacted them to cancel and request a refund, they refused to help. The only thing they offered was to stop future charges — no accountability at all.
This feels misleading and dishonest. Be very careful before purchasing anything that goes viral online.

I bought the 2 bottle bundle and they only sent me 1 bottle. I emailed them and they kept telling me that I purchased 1 bottle. I sent them proof of my purchase but no answer. Think this is scam. My skin hasn’t improved at all.

I honestly don’t understand where these high reviews are coming from. Top three reasons to avoid ordering from them:

1. Order cancellation ignored
. My child placed an order without my permission. I emailed the company within 10 minutes to cancel it. Their website clearly states that orders can be cancelled if you email within one hour of purchase. Instead of honoring their own policy, they ignored my email. Later, they responded saying the package had already shipped and there was nothing they could do. This is unacceptable, especially since I contacted them well within their stated timeframe.

2. “Delivered” but never received
. When the order was marked as delivered, I never received anything. They provided a delivery photo of a random door that I do not recognize. I reported this immediately, but they dismissed my claim, saying it showed as successfully delivered on their end and told me to contact the shipping company. The shipping company also refused to help. I was left with no product and no refund, with both parties unwilling to take responsibility.

3. Unauthorized subscription. 
To make matters worse, I later received an email about an upcoming subscription renewal—something I never signed up for. Again, I contacted them to cancel it, explaining the original order was unauthorized. They refused to cancel unless I either paid an additional fee for a product I never received or placed another order. On top of that, their website does not allow you to remove your payment information, which is extremely concerning.

Final thoughts
: This experience has been incredibly frustrating. Between ignoring their own policies, refusing refunds for undelivered items, and making it difficult to cancel subscriptions or remove payment details, I would strongly advise others to avoid this company.

I used this product for 2 nights as directed on my arm and underarm. Shortly after, I developed itchiness and small inflamed bumps in both areas. I stopped using it immediately, but I am now 3 days post-use and still experiencing irritation.

I did not introduce any new products, detergents, or environmental changes during this time, so this appears to be a direct reaction to the product.

Customer service offered only a partial refund despite the adverse reaction, which was disappointing.

I would advise others with sensitive skin to proceed with caution and patch test before use.

I really liked it, i can see a small difference but not a big one yet. As i have this issue from years. Hoping to see a big difference soon enough.

The product burns the skin it is nothing like they described in the reviews or videos. If you have mild eczema, it may help.
The reason I tried this was because it claimed to help extremely bad eczema. In addition, using over 30 days (I really hoped it would work through the discomfort), there is no change in skin condition. I would not recommend the product.
Plus, there is no one-time purchase option only subscription. So they lock you into 2 months' payments and possible returns but only on unopened from packing and 14-day waiting period if they decide you should have a return. It's literally one of my worst online purchases ever!

It absolutely doesn’t work for KP, doesn’t even touch it. Please don’t believe the fake reviews and save your money.

Actual magic!

I purchased this 3 weeks ago. I received it right away then started using it with instructions twice a day and after 10 days the dots behind my arms were gone !!! I had pay so much money on treatments and this marvelous lotion fixed it right away it has also brightened my underarms. Im currently waiting on my second bottle because of how good it is just need to be consistent but it does work ! They have a Cuatumer for life 🤩

Scam. They sign you up for a hidden subscription that is impossible to cancel for months. When trying to unsubscribe from their emails, my browser actually blocked the website because it was so sketchy. It looks like this product is fake and advertised and supported with AI videos and reviews. Do not buy.

I bought this cream for my 3 year old daughter who suffered eczema since she was 3 months old. Her pediatrician prescribed her steroid cream and it did work wonders in the beginning and healed her eczema but just recently she has the worst flare up and it really made her skin looks awful, very dry, flaky and always irritated. Since ive tried this cream on her it really helped her skin less red and she’s also not itching as much.

I’ve been using this product now for about a month and a half. All I have to say is that it works! I love how easy the pump bottle makes it and the products absorbs into your skin so well, and leave no residue behind once drying! After wards, your skin feels extremely hydrated and soft. I have absolutely noticed a difference in my skin. There are practically no bumps left on my arms from my Keratosis Pilaris, and redness has gone down significantly! It shipped to me quickly and I have zero complaints about customer service!

I'm really disappointed as I had quite high hopes in the product, given the positive reviews shown on the product page of the website. I had been using this product twice daily, following all the other instructions given on the packaging, for a month on my upper arms only. Honestly, I haven't noticed a single difference (and I had been taking pictures, hoping to see a change very quickly). I'm really disappointed by this, as it seemed so promising. Furthermore, it's not a cheap investment, £24 per bottle (on subscription) is not cheap for a risk that may not work. But as someone who has been very self-conscious about this part of me I was excited and happy to take the risk.

After a couple of weeks of using Strawberry (and still unsure if it was working or not), my second shipment was dispatched (as I'm purchasing from the UK the delivery takes longer, so I hadn't really used it for very long before the next one was sent out). Safe to say, now that it's arrived, I will be returning it!

Might be worth it for some, as apparently it seems to work (given the positive pictures seen in other reviews), but unfortunately, it did not work for me, and it was £50 not well spent xx

Final thing, I have never left a review for anything before really, but I feel this is very important for people to be aware of due to how the reviews on their product page seem to be so positive, and people really are taking such a risk spending so much on a random website (this company is probably hoping to make money off people's insecurities perhaps!!!)

Package arrives after 5 business days. I noticed subtle changes/ improvement after about a week. I realized it works better if I used my red-light mask. After about a month of consistent use I can confidently reccomend this product.

First....the positives. These products work GREAT!! If you suffer from Eczema, KP or extremely itchy dry skin, then this trio is your answer!! I can't say that about many products but when you use this twice a day on clean skin...it's like a MIRACLE!! This Eczema cream combined with the resurfacing lotion and the Hyperpigmentation lotion, really delivers on what it says it can do. They have managed to put all the right ingredients in here and my skin stays hydrated and moisturized all day. No more itching and scratching!! Now for the negatives: Fluctuating pricing and deceptive advertising as far as how they ship and deliver their products. Basically LIES!!! They claim to use ,"reputable" shipping companies like DHL and FedEx. They also will falsely make you believe that the USPS is somehow involved. Also a LIE! As far as I know, customers don't get a choice. Long story short....I never received my products that were allegedly "delivered" Meanwhile, THEY couldn't even track it or provide PROOF! Even as I type this, the status of my shipment is "Awaiting package from the Sender"! However...they claim it was delivered a week ago when it was "Out For Delivery" for 7 days! Only today did they provide a generic photo of half a dozen random packages thrown on the ground. This company uses 3rd party couriers from China like UniUni, GoFo, Track17, Yanwen,etc.. At no point is the USPS involved! If they were, packages would be placed in mailboxes, or parcel lockers. Instead...it's a snatch and grab free for all. Flip a coin if you actually get your delivery if you live in an apartment building without a designated mail room or concierge. This company simply doesn't care about YOU or your hard earned money. So...until they can insure and assure their deliveries by providing customers with a preferred shipping option, pass by this company!!

They have informed explicitly that you can cancel a order if it's was requested less then an hour of order, but they ignored and sent the order now, do not recommend to order from them as they are thefts non the less

I have had to do the cancellation through my bank.Their e mail in bouncing back from their site.
Beware of ordering as a sub.

Bad C.S- I have reached out to them over 11times just to get 1 response back, in that response I told them I wanted to cancel my 2nd auto order before they ship it, and they have completely ignored all communication. I have emailed over and over because they have NO CONTACT #. Again just ignored. Not to mention the product works for a couple of days smells pretty bad just for it to go dark again as soon as you stop using it..
