The kit was delivered and collected promptly. It was in a good order and had everything I needed to try it out.

Comes in flight case with tagged cable ties so transit issues you needn’t worry.

Flight case also useful for transport to and from events so may as well use.

Great customer service and well organised. The kit I tried (R5 mark 2) was delivered promptly and in perfect condition. The camera itself was superb and well worth trying! The autofocus tracking was particularly impressive.

Can't praise you enough an absolutely great service that gave me 2 days with a brilliant lens that I used to photograph kingfishers and birds at a nature reserve. Extremely easy process the lens was dropped off on time and picked the same. I've now hired another lens to try in July. It is going to make a new purchase a lot easier too having used the lens.

Excellent experience with Try the Kit, I borrowed a very expensive lens to test over a weekend to coincide with an osprey shoot my son had bought for me. The lens was delivered as arranged (I could have had it for an extra day but I was unavailable for the delivery), the lens a Canon 100-300mm f2.8 was perfect in every way and the best lens for the shoot. Collection was good, although slightly worrying that the return address supplied in the box was different to the one the courier had (although his address was the same as on the emails from Try the kit, I did try to call them but had no response) The lens however was delivered back safely and I was kept updated on it’s return and refund of the substantial deposit. I would definitely use them again to try out expensive lenses before committing to buying them.

Really happy with this service. It’s been so helpful being able to try out kit first to help with my decision. I wish this was a permanent service offered! The staff were really helpful answering my questions. The experience was straightforward. I received the kit the day before all in good working order.
