The device keeps the neck/head position in an aligned manner. Yet to see concrete evidence as just received the product and only 1 night of trial. Needs some getting use to but I think this will help as I use it more. Will provide another review in a month's time

When first purchasing i was sceptical
When first purchasing i was sceptical. After purchasing some off temu, I found sizing an issue. But I bought one any, Figuring a reputable company would be more accommodating. But no same issue, 10cm to short. So contacted the company, they were fantastic and offered a fix,(I had already added more Velcro to the length) and a discount. I have to say i haven't noticed any changes yet. I still use my cpap machine at the same time. Time will tell

Wonderful Customer Service with a lackluster product
The customer service for this product were really great when I had not received my product on time. They helped me right away with shipping updates within a quick timeframe from when I first contacted them. I appreciated the dedication to my problem, friendly customer service, and the speed in which my issue was handled.
As for the product itself, I was a bit underwhelmed with the experience and how it felt to sleep with it around my neck. I followed the provider instructions for how to wrap it around my neck and the placement on my collar. I tried sleeping on my back and on both sides, but it was uncomfortable and I felt to restricted to the point I had to take it off in the middle of the night as I was feeling claustrophobic and overheating around my neck, even with sleeping alone and a fan going all night.
I tried to sleep with the product several more nights with similar results and I just could not get a full night sleep with it on. I don't know if my body is just not used to sleeping with a constructive piece around my neck, or I am consciously not able to sleep with it, but I have not been able to use the productive effectively which is a big disappointment for me as I had high hopes for the product to help with possible sleep apnea conditions, specifically snoring. I know the product can't be returned and I wish I could write a more optimistic review of the product, but at least the customer service was great.

Vitavix Sleep Collar - Order At Your Own Risk
I usually am not the person to complain on social media or bast businesses publicly, but felt like I have to get the word out so other people don't get scammed/waste their money.
I've been getting checked out/treated for mild sleep apnea and was waiting for sleep test results and my MAD oral device to be made by my orthodontist. I was told it could take up to two months for my oral device to be made, so I decided to look into some cost-effective options that could help alleviate my symptoms in the meantime.
I came across the Vitavix sleep apnea neck collar. They seemed legit, the reviews were all positive, and it was on sale for only $39.99. So I decided to give it a try.
I placed the order and it took weeks to even ship. While I was waiting for the item, I reached out to my orthodontist and asked if he recommended I try it. He said he does not recommend using it.
Upon receiving the item, I reached out to their customer service email and asked if I was able to return the item in the mail for a refund. They responded and recommended I use it for 60 days to get used to it. I explained that I had no intention of using the product, as I received a medical recommendation to not use it. They responded and said they could offer a 20% refund to keep the item. I let them know that I was not planning on using item and would like to ship it back for a full refund. They responded and offered a 32% refund to keep the item. Since it was clear that I was being swindled, I accepted and kept the item.
I later reached out to the customer service team and explained to them that it felt scammy and dishonest to not provide the option to return the item in the mail for a full refund, and just offer these strange discount amounts to keep the item. They explained that they offer alternative solutions to avoid the hassle of sending the item back in the mail and pay for shipping. After all that, you'd think they'd finally offer the option to return the item in the mail, but they still only offered me a 50% refund to keep the item.
Writing this so people can avoid getting scammed by Vitavix. If you want to try it, proceed with caution. Because if you think there is a chance you may want to return it, you will not get your money back.

My husband's snoring has been so extreme to the point that he had to move to the spare bedroom and I've still had to wear earplugs. Hes used it 1 night so far and didn't snore AT ALL! Only issue is he said it chokes him a bit. Now we can go back to a normal married couple. I recommend this product 💯

Regarding the feeling of choking, some users notice that initially while adjusting. Making sure the fit is snug but not tight, or easing into use for shorter periods at first, can really help. A small adjustment often makes a big difference in comfort.

product seems good. Haven't had long enough to confirm results regarding Snooring/sleep apnea, but due to recent neck injury its great at keeping my head still and straight while sleeping. Had to extend the velcro to make it fit around my fat neck.

What a difference.your neck brace made in my sleep. My Cpap was not doing the job. I was constantly waking up in the night and had dry mouth in the morning. Using your neck brace with the Cpap improved everything. I am so glad I decided to purchase it. Thank you.

Vitavix does not honor their money back guarantee
The neck brace did not work for me. The company advertises a '60 day money back guarantee'. They do not honor that at all. They offered only a 20%, then 30%, then 32%, then a 50%. I settled for a 50% credit on my card. They are an overseas company and shipping the neck brace back would be in access of $80. Do not do business with Vitavix, ever!

Avoid this company
It took ages to come and I thought I’d been scammed. The product did not work for my husband, I think because he is a side sleeper and I suspect this works only for those who sleep on their back. Tried to return it within the 60 days and to my surprise got an email pretty quickly offering a 20% refund and I could keep the item. When I replied to say I just want to return it I was then offered 32% refund. Replied again and was finally emailed what I needed to do to return it. Well now I understand why I should take the 32% and cut my losses. Long winded email detailing how to send it back from to The Netherlands via a tracked service, in a suitable condition blah blah blah and then a sentence that said they have the right to refuse a refund once they’ve assessed the item returned. I wonder how many people actually get a refund. Complete scam. Avoid this company at all costs and if you really want to try it buy it from Amazon as they have a much better return policy.

Not A Miracle, but….
Is it a miracle? NO. Is it amazing to wake up without noticeable stiffness and pain? YES. My range of motion is good too. I’m happy with just a minimal amount of improvement! This device is a bit awkward at first but once it’s on correctly, it’s fine. It’s a great neck support—much better than the stack of neck support pillows I’ve purchased!!

Double bad experience
Double bad experience. The product itself causes a feeling of suffocation and didn’t solve the snoring. Then, when I tried to return it, despite the website claiming the ordering was “risk free”, they charge for the shipping and make it as hard as possible, even demanding the original package- who keeps a bag for 2 months whilst trying to adapt to the product? They keep offering partial refund as if it was an advantage. Don’t recommend it AT ALL.

A remarkable product which helps bedtime woes.
The product arrived on time and the quality was as expected. I have been using it on most nights since receiving it and I feel that I am sleeping better, also it has eliminated my dry mouth on awakening. I sleep alone so there’s no one to confirm whether or not I have stopped snoring!
