Purchase and shipping were very good. The product is somewhat of a dissapointment. I very much like the idea of this product. How it functions on my neck length no so much. I have a short neck and wearing the product as designed is not possible. However turning it around backwards will work it's just a bit uncomfortable as the back side of the product is not padded where it fastens

I bought the "snoring solution" and it took over three weeks to arrive. I asked for a refund and they went on to try and negotiate so I would keep the product. Four emails to be precise- a waste of my time. They finally agreed to take it back but the shipping was $17 (Netherlands). Awful customer service.

I was really ready to get rid of my CPAP after using it over two years. I received my Vitavix around two weeks ago and I already love it. It did take me a couple of nights to get use to it, but each night it got better and better. Until now I don't notice it in place and sleep so much better than when I used the CPAP. Do not buy, they charge you and do not send goods and have not replied to chase ups on orders.
Company takes money, does not supply goods and does not respond to follow up queries. I purchased a week ago. Money went on my credit card. I received no email confirming purchase and no details of despatch, I sent evidence of the purchase as I screen shotted the transaction and sent to them It has a an order number as well. I have emailed them in the UK at the various emails, and their dutch parent email they list every day since and no reply. There is no phone number. When I reported it to the credit card company they said they had already had several reports about Vitavix but could only refung me once 15 days have passed. Noticeable several customers have reported similar and vitavix respond with a lame we can't find your order email, but offer no refund or assistance. Dodgy I think......

The design is not meant to give you a good night sleep but maybe an endless slumber instead with the way it’s just choking the life out of you.
