This company specialises in fraud

This company specialises in fraud. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM!!!!

I mistakenly took a subscription with this company and on first billing asked to be unsubscribed. I was assured it was done, it wasn’t. This month a repeat of the charges. I’m assured once again I’m unsubscribed and after much debate am assured a refund. No apology nothing. This company operates on a fraud model and specialises in subscription fraud.

Thought I was paying £3 for a toy for…

Thought I was paying £3 for a toy for my child, turned out I was paying a 3 day subscription for cosmetics. If I didn't check the email when I did I would of been conned out of £24.99 subscription charge.
When talking to customer services (if you can call it that) they said pretty much haha we got you) They deny using big business for false advertisement and say they have no link to them. Well I know that now, they use their pictures I.e amazon etc.
If you see anything for £3 from amazon and other big names, don't click on the link. This is the first time I have been scammed and lucky it was not a large amount but £3 is still something. Very angry.

Use 3rd party promoters to get you signed up.

I made a purchase for a fidget for my son. Turns out it was a sign up to this website. Apparently after 4 days trial period, which I had no idea of, they put you on a subscription for £24.99 for skincare products. I wasn't aware of this till I saw my bank statement showing the deduction. This is also billed every 2 weeks. I cancelled the subscription. Spoke to one of their agents online and they wasn't very helpful. They said it was all automated and can't do a refund, even after explaining what had happened. When pressing for a refund, they went silent and showed no interest. AVOID.
