Amazing product amazing materials and craftsmanship!

5 stars-only downside was that the tracking # was not updating so I didn’t know where my order was in transit. However, when reaching out and emailing the company they were able to update the tracking and let me know where my order was. Great product & service!!

Ran into shipping issues due to the carrier, but I was assisted by the business to get the package. They were responsive and helpful. Quality of product is amazing as per usual

The ordering process was great and when the items finally arrived they fit perfect and we were pleased. The delivery took much longer than we anticipate. Was a Christmas gift and arrived after the New year.

Shipped very fast, shirt came like it showed in the description. Very Awesome quality, and AWESOME design. Feels like love was made to create this shirt. I ordered on November 25th and have still yet to get my order. I contacted them say that I did not have my order and they sent me a picture from their courier that said it was delivered. When I informed them that the door pictured was not the correct address, they told me that it was not their fault. I even got a letter from their delivery courier that stated that the order was not correctly delivered that advised them to refund or resend the order, since sending this letter I have been ghosted by the company. As of writing this there are 4 emails and two instagram direct message that have no been replied to.

During the entire 4 week process of communicating with "Sam" from their support team and their Instagram support team, I never once asked for a refund, I stated time and time again that all I wanted was for them to reship the order to the address that I had put for my order and receive the goods that I paid for in our contract of sale. All they had to do was file a dispute with the mailing provider to get an insurance claim back and then reship my order, but they have my money already so they don't care. This has lead to me starting a dispute with my card provider, and the letter from their carrier (UniUni) as well as the emails where TRZN admit that it was delivered to the wrong address have been submitted as evidence.

Long story short, don't order from this company. It's an absolute scam.

Amazing quality, if you’re ordering from the US, it will take a a little while to get there but great communication on the tracking process. The quality is perfect, thick and hardy shirt. Love it

The shirt looks very good! The print is a little more blurry than I expected, and the shipping took a whole lot longer than what was supposed to, even after I paid for express shipping.

Delivery took a little long but my shirt and hoodie are exactly as it was shown on the site. I’ll definitely be buying again.

Spent extra money for 3 day shipping. Items arrive three week later. Had ordered two size large tee shirts, really cool designs, very authentic. The problem is, these shirts are massive. They look "XXL" even though they are labeled "Large" on the tag. Far too big to wear. My son is 6 foot 205 and looks like he's wearing a dress in these tee-shirts. They are unwearable.

Easy to order, great selection of choice, good quality and a reasonable price. Updates on order satisfactory.

Your sizing is not accurate. Your Excel is smaller than an American large shirt. Your pant sizes are way off. And honestly your customer service is very lacking in communication. I wasted $200 sadly
