Sizing is completely off - despite measuring multiple times, I ordered two pairs of shorts in the same size. One was too big, the other too small despite being THE SAME SIZE. Fabric quality is also very cheap, for the price I expected better. They claim to be sustainable (written on their packaging) but provide no info on how they are sustainable. No refunds for incorrect sizing either.....

The quality is really good. Only thing is the delivery time. It took a little longer than I expected. I would 100% recommend.

I love the shirt that I received, would definitely order from here again. My only complaint is that shipping takes a while but is definitely worth it. The shirt itself is a great fit and feeling and the embroidered design is great and looks amazing.

Love de quality and the options of t-shirts available from each anime/series. My only “bad” critic is the time it gets to get delivered (too long). Ah and it would be nice to have more options for long sleeves oversized t-shirts (not crewnecks, too hot for the gym!)

For the most part, the quality of the goods is very good, albeit expensive, but that's something you sign up for when you buy stuff from them, recently though, one of my orders never arrived with very minimal contact, which has soured an otherwise very pleasant experience with their products.
