Don’t EVER use them!
Don’t EVER use them!! They advertise products that are hard to find and never deliver item. Total fake company. I am going to write them at their CA address and see if I can get a refund which I’ve requested over a dozen times and it gives me the run around if they answer at all.

This company is a scam. I kept asking for a label to ship back the product. They told me If I shipped back the product they would refund me the shipping which was $89!! Their customer service started monitoring my calls and hanging up on me. I had them write this in an email which they did. My credit card company is going to come after them for the money. Do not buy from this horrible company!!

Do yourself and others a favor and don’t order anything from this company. I really wish I had done some investigation first but I ordered a piece of furniture from them 5/2/2020. They were happy to take my money but kept giving excuses why they couldn’t ship. I waited for almost a year and asked them to cancel my order. No cancellation, no refund.
If they had a zero star rating, they would be the ones deserving of it.

Absolutely the worst customer care that I’ve ever experienced. They strung me along for two months and didn’t deliver my merchandise. I was going to attempt to reach out to Tony Cheng, but I have to assume that even the most inept CEO knows when they’re running a terrible business.

Dispute the charge- you can always buy another item but you won’t always get your $$ back
I bought a chair from BarstoolDirect.com and it was billed by Peazz. Like so many others, I ordered an item ($400+) and at first got the “it’s back ordered” emails but then they stopped coming. I called the company a few times, was on hold forever, finally talked to a few people and was told the item is backordered and they expect it to be back in stock in about six weeks. In other words, a stall tactic.
I paid with my item using PayPal Credit. Peazz started billing immediately (instead upon shipment) which should have been a red flag, but the price was so good I was making excuses to myself about the need to be patient. After all I’m not dumb enough to fall for a scam right? Plus I rationalized that a big company like Peazz has credibility... in other words I was living in my own la-la land.
Finally after NINE months I woke up and contacted PayPal Credit. Technically disputes are not considered after six months with them so I was worried. The GREAT news is that PP Credit was able to dispute the amount (it took two more months) but I finally got my $400+ refunded.

Were it possible to give -0- stars, I surely would. The company has owed me 2 products which have been promised for over 6 months. Every so often I receive yet another email which reads as follows:
"We sincerely apologize on the delay of your case, we are still working on your case internally and will get back to you with an update shortly.....Please bear with us, :)...Thank you very much for your patience,"
This is an unusually poor company I cannot recommend in any way whatsoever. No company wishing to maintain its reputation would place products with them.

This place is a scam. Their customer service is non existent. They are rude and take weeks to answer an email only to say they have sent your request to the “appropriate people”. When I called, guy on phone said the systems were down and hung up. Did a little digging online combined with google maps street view and found this “business” address is just a PO Box at a tiny mail store in a random strip mall. Ended up just putting in credit card dispute.

Ordered my item over a week ago. Sent several messages and each time got the common response" it is being processed". Called left a voicemail and called again and got the same person that had been sending emails. Gave me the same response it is in Que and will be shipped in the next 24-48 hours. I asked for expedited shipping since I needed this trainer when I initially ordered it a week ago. He gave me the same it will be shipped within 24-48 hours. I asked what the delay was. They are having issues. I asked to please cancel the order they tell me they will submit the request to the cancellation department and I will hear from them in 48 hours. They do not take calls! This company is such a sham it is disgraceful!!

This company is a complete and utter sham. ! I live in Canada and I have no idea where this “business” really is. In someone’s basement somewhere. I ordered a dogtra replacement battery for one of my collars over one month ago ! When I placed my order it was immediately charged to my credit card and I was sent a bogus email saying it would be shipped within 1 - 3 business days. It was never shipped. I emailed several times , and an automated “we are looking into it” response was sent to me. Finally after three weeks I spoke with someone , whom put me on hold and told me item would be shipped immediately. I asked what the problem was but he was unable to answer. Of course my item never came, and it never will. I will be sending a report to the better business bureau. I can’t afford a lawyer to sue them but I would sure like to

I ordered a dog cart for my bike, upon putting it together and literally riding down my driveway and turning onto a side walk the cart flipped over. I figured it may have been my dog shifting in the cart, but the I continued to ride and made another turn and again it flipped and this time caused injury to my dog. I have written, emailed and called the company for the past month with no response other than they are looking into the matter. I am going to connect with others that have left ratings on this site to get a class action suit against these people. They sell defective merchandise and play cat and mouse when you try to return it. I sent pictures and described how defective the item was. They agreed and told me that my request was forwarded to the returns department. I doubt this company has more than one department. It's probably a single person drop-shipping surplus and defective goods to unsuspecting victims. I wish I would have checked their online feedback before I made my purchase. I needed to contest the charges with my credit card to get my money back. I will NEVER visit this merchant again.
