poor communication if any, took 4 days to get a order confirmation email. I received an email 5 days ago to track my shipment/delivery and still when I click track...it says no tracking info is available yet!!! My order placed on 9/23/2024--no idea when my order is arriving if at all!
Terrible service--poor care to your customer. I will not return to purchase again.

Great support service
TALP support service contacted me straight away to inform me that the onesie colour I'd chosen was out of stock and suggested a better alternative without any price difference.
Customer service was quick and kind, I've received my parcel (Italy) in a reasonable time and both the sweatshirt and the onesie quality was excellent!
I'll happily buy from TALP again. Thanks!

Good Quality and Printing
I got the shirt and hoodie I ordered, they were exactly what I wanted and looked great. The printing was really legible and well done. The cloth is excellent quality and the stiching is well done.

Product different than advertised
The shipping time was great and the price was fair but I order a mug for the design it had on it in the picture and what I received did not look so much like the picture, the image was printed a lot bigger around the mug than advertised so I was left disappointed

Sent wrong size and refused to exchange unless I paid $15. They screwed up, blamed it on me and this is the only way they would rectify it. The shirt was the wrong size and the quality was poor anyway, so I will buy the same design from a reputable company.
