Absolutely abhorrent company, do NOT shop here!
TLDR; do not ever shop here. My order is still not here after over 2 months, and they did not cancel and refund when I asked them to
I ordered a shirt from a creator i love on the 15th of July 2023. Almost a month goes by and I hear nothing. At the start I figure it must be because of summer times/vacations and what-not, but to not hear ANYTHING AT ALL, not even a "hi, sorry, we can't fulfill orders right now", for almost a month is not okay, even during the summer. The ETA was 2nd of August, btw. So on the 11th of August I wrote to them via the form that's on their website, asking where my shirt was, and saying that it's not okay that I haven't recieved ANY updates.
On the 14th of August, an employee (I'll call them K) from Spring gets back to me, saying that they have recieved too many orders, and are working to get them fulfilled. Again, without having notified me in any way about that BEFORE I reached out. K says that the new ETA is (at the latest) the 5th of September, and that if I'm still interested in the order, they can refund shipping. I really want to support the creator, so I agree to that. I got the shipping fees back a week later.
I then get an update on the 25th of August, telling me that the tees are out of stock and they're switching production facilities. K writes that if I want to cancel, just tell them and they'll tell Production to refund me. I answer the very same day that I want the refund, cause I'm so freaking tired of waiting.
28th of August, K responds, telling me that they've given the cancellation to production.
4th of September, one full work week later, K tells me that the order has been shipped, and that if I want the refund, I have to ship it back. The ETA is the 10th of september. I get so pissed I can't even answer them, cause I don't want to be rude, even though I probably is very justified.
But today, the 21st of September (11 days after ETA), I check the status of the order/the tracking number. IT HASN'T EVEN LEFT THE US (I live in Sweden). I am beyond pissed, and I just emailed to let K know. Let's see how many weeks this takes to answer. Anyway, I seriously doubt I'm ever gonna see that shirt OR get my money back again. I will update here if anything happens, but as of now, do NOT shop here. Ever!
