Do not trust advertised delivery dates

As with others here, I made the mistake of believing the advertised delivery dates when ordering from this site. A week after the advertised delivery date, I am still chasing the store and have today been told: "Unfortunately, we don't have any control over when the couriers deliver the order" So they're happy to take my money but take no responsibility for when I'll get the product! I am now left without somewhere for my guests to sleep. Very disappointed. To add to this, the phone number published on the website does not work so it is impossible to speak to someone about the issue, I just have to rely on e-mails and wait a day each time for an answer.

Delayed Delivery when TnT confirmed 10 Working Day Delivery

I initially inquired how long it will take to deliver. I was told 10 working days. On the 10 working day (equating to 15 days from the order placement), I first got the message from the delivery that another 7 days will take to deliver. In essence it took 15 working days to deliver. Very unhappy with information provided and delays caused further uncertainty about the validity of the site. They have no clue of their own supply chain and distribution timelines.

I recommend this company

I recommend this company, very personal, they keep you updated with delivery, took about 2/3 weeks for delivery.
Havnt put it up yet but all looks good so far, thank you so much

Excellent customer service

I’m really impressed with my new Phoenix Ottoman bed! It’s super sturdy, looks amazing, and the storage underneath is such a handy bonus. The delivery was spot on—everything arrived on time, and the team was really helpful. Customer service was brill. They were so friendly and made the whole process really easy, answering all my questions without any fuss. Honestly, I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend!

Vertical Wall Bed

There was great communication from the beginning thankfully as unfortunately the delivery didn’t go smoothly as the courier missed boxes (twice) but the people at Tuck in Tight made sure my final box was delivered successfully by sending their salesman on a 700 mile round trip to drop it at my door personally. The assembly instructions are not the easiest to follow but the end result is excellent and I would recommend this product and company (just maybe not the courier company used).
