I found Tuda following a friend of mine recommendation. It wasn't high on the internet so it was lucky I got the recommendation. Why?
Extremely friendly people that I spoke to. It makes SO much difference.
Thick decking which helps in the strength.
Longer pieces which minimises the joints.
Great videos on the web to guide choice and installation.
Delivery driver was superb; efficient and friendly.
And did I mention the friendly people? So important.

Great communication, asked for a sample was sent the one I asked for plus a couple of others for comparison. Contacted about delivery all very informative. Placed my order and it arrived in a few days as per schedule. Great quality Parma artificial grass at a good price. Looks lovely down, covering an old narrow driveway. Would definitely recommend the company and the product.

Easy process to order the artificial grass fast delivery and carried into my garden and the softness of the grass and quality is amazing highly recommended

What can I say .orderd Sunday came on Tuesday. Paid 2/3 day delivery fantastic service from both ends order and delivery. Told be 7/8 am here at 630 first drop and we live in west Wales. Should have orderd with this company 1st .let down by another company grass direct waited 3 wks then cancelled our order .WELL DONE THIS COMPANY MR JONES LAMPETER

I Bought the premium co extrusion decking and trims along with fittings which is great quality and good price. Only thing that's stopped me giving 5star is the lack of communication and late delivery. Mine was due 3-5 day delivery but ended up being 9 days. If they contacted me to let me know that would of been fine but there was no communication at all or even an expected delivery date email. I think they just need to improve on the order/delivery process.

Wow! Fabulous service- ordered & arrived in 2 days. Friendly helpful driver. Product is unreal quality - likened to a plush carpet. Good price too. I’m ordering another huge roll for a different area in the garden. The first roll used to cover unsightly tarmac under my car port. Transformational! Thank you Tuda Grass x

The decking boards were nice and easy to cut and seemed to be of good quality. The fixing system of t clips is easy to use and hold the boards effectively. The only downside is the screws are of poor quality and quite a few of the screw heads rounded out so couldn't be used. I ended up using some of my own screws to do some fixings. Overall quite pleased with the product but improve the screws please.

This was the second order from Tuda Grass- and on both occasions the ordering- paying and delivery were very speedy the product ordered was securely packaged and was delivered within three days

Great realistic grass, it is so full and springy. Very good price too, at under £10 m2.

Fantastic company to deal with brilliant communication through WhatsApp and customer service team as I needed to order more panels spoke to customer service to help me and requested a delivery which they did sort for me top quality product. I would highly recommend this company

Terrible service and misleading colors
The color of the rug in reality is completely different from the palette shown on Amazon. I wanted to get a replacement, so I called customer support a The representative was extremely rude and flat-out refused to exchange it. In the end, I had to return the item through Amazon. Avoid this seller.

Excellent communication and delivery of artificial grass to the site of use at the bottom of the garden.

This is my second order and again fast delivery, driver is excellent and friendly. Products are great qualaity. Highly recommend.

I rarely leave reviews for companies, but I think the service and quality of their products are first class. They were able to help me over text on WhatsApp and were able to tell me what I needed to lay artificial grass on solid ground. They were able to sort me out with a few samples too to be sent over to the North of Ireland which helped a lot. Thanks very much.
